It’s not clear how to use the TV/TV frame - the brightness is at minimum, everything is in German. Failed to switch to English. As a result, I couldn’t use the TV.

Cleanliness, order, everything is like new. Warmth, safe, a lot of different and high-quality dishes, capsule coffee and many other pleasant little things. Kids room!

Wow, everything in this apartment is beyond our expectations when compared to the price/ night. The rooms are very spacious, everything is clean and neat. The tram and bus station are right in front of the apartment, we used the tram to reach the city center, and it took less than 30 minutes. The staff are super nice and very helpful. I fully recommend this place.

During our stay, the apartment has never been cleaned and the trash removed and it was impossible for us to clean by ourselves because there were not any cleaning products or instructions to put the trash out. For a stay of 5 days and for 4 people this is quite important service to have.

The apartment is pretty cozy and comfortable. The design is new and fancy. The building is easily accessible with the code. No need to remember to keep the key with you. There is a tram very near to the building that directly brings you to the city center.

The location was a little bit confusing and there weren’t enough directions. The hotel was always busy, people coming in and out and everyone seemed a little bit lost and distressed! Also we wanted to use the downstairs laundry but it was out of order. Besides that everything was perfect and I would most certainly return!

The apartment was stunning! Furniture looked brand new, beds and pillows were soft and incredibly comfortable! The bathroom had everything you could ask for, the shower was spacious and the complimentary bathroom products were amazingly fresh! The price, especially for Vienna was insanely affordable. The underground parking was on the pricey side, but it was worth it! Can’t say anything bad about the apartment itself. I would recommend parking your car safely underground and take the public transportation to the city, the metro was fast, cheap and efficient.

Not very clean, I’ve asked for cleaning but nobody came to clean. there were some leaks from the toilet Wi-fi didn’t work in the room

A wardrobe or drawers in the bedroom would be very helpful. Our luggage was delayed and was delivered to the hotel on the night of Dec. 25th. I have checked with the front desk at least twice since the same night, and they only find out it on the morning we check out, even though the luggage has been in the luggage room for two nights. They wrote down our apartment number and luggage description, they also have our email address, but only called our American number once they find out of the luggage, which of course wouldn’t reach us.

Very family friendly hotels, we have two penthouse apartment for 4 adults and two kids, the loft is furnished with IKEA furniture and tents, the kids had great fun. The bus station is right across the street, it takes a while to get to town though.

As it is brand new, there are some minor things that need to be fixed, eg. Some plugs cause the brakers to fall, the shower doors don’t close properly.

All the passcodes are a little exagerated. You need to use them for 3 different doors to get to your room + a different code for the elevator. Also, if you do not enter it at an exact pace, it doesn’t recognize it. The reception is there 24 hours a day, a keycard would be simpler.

The property met our expectations. The room was really spacious and very clean. It was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. We arrived very early and had a late take off the last day, so we were able to use a luggage room at the property. The reception desk was open 24/7 which was great in these circumstances. The properties don't have free daily housekeeping, but you are provided with a code to the pantry where you can take clean towels yourself, that was perfect for us. Of course you can additionally pay for housekeeping, it was 45EUR at the time we were there. The location is a bit far away from the center, but you can get there directly by using tram 62, the travel time is around 30-35 minutes. However this wasn't an issue for us. The neighbourhood seemed safe and generally ok.

Some tea bags and sugar are quite basic for many flats and were missing here. I needed an early check-in and it wasn't possible , even very near 15pm. It was difficult to find the right building.

The location was the best, the flat is near a tram and bus station. The flat was clean, spacious and well equipped in general.

Location. Not easy to get too from Airport. Good tram to Opera (city centre)

Spacious. Warm in the winter. Bathroom was missing a bath (the pipework was there and visible) but we would have not used anyway Breakfast at local restaurant was very good!

We felt very comfortable. Hotel and rooms very elegantly furnished. We slept very good and had good breakfast in the restaurant. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant. Pizza and pasta was amazing

It is clean, spacious with a lot of amenities. We got a room for six people even though it was three of us. Everything is coded which brings safety, staff was super pleasant, beds were comfy. You get a complimentary drink when you arrive and every member of the staff is there for you if you have even tje smallest need. Bus and tram stop is right in front and metro is 10 min away by foot so in 20-25 minutes you get to the city center
