The facilities as the spa, pool is really exceptional, and clean. The bed comfortable and the breakfast was superb. Check-in and out quick. We will come back here again.

Internet must be better for a hotel like this. The kitchen staff could be a little more friendly.

The place where the hotel is located is perfect. The atmosphere in the hotel is quiet, you have the impression that you are alone in the hotel.

Largest apartment, we've ever been, very comfortable, clean, well equipped with everything necessary. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Delicious breakfast with many options, even gluten-free. Great view from the window or balcony at Kitzsteinhorn and mountains. Ski room with heated locker, dedicated for each room. Easy accessible by car, many parking places, and garage also available. Would come back again either in winter or summer.

The pool works from 9 am, so it’s a bit late for an early birds.

The interior of the hotel is very cute, comfortable room with a big bed, friendly staff, good location. Even it’s by the railway you can’t hear anything. The pool was a nice surprise.

We stayed in a junior suite and the room was so huge, clean and well decorated with a big nice double bed. It had also a nice view of the mountains. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices and great taste. The spa facilities and the pool were very nice and clean and well organised. We enjoyed every moment in this excellent hotel and loved everything.

Close to road which is quite frequent. If you close the window then is Ok.

1. Hotel rooms are large which I really like it. 2. Perfect breakfast. 3. Swiming pool and Sauna area is pretty nice (3 kind of Sauna) nice rest room with nice panoramatic view :)

The hotel reservation manager could’ve made more money by rebooking me to a different date. But they preferred to stick to their strict nonrefundable policy, which made me lose some money and shorten my stay. Even though I was happy to pay extra for a longer stay on different nights. But of course they were acting by the book.

The absence of either restaurant or cafe for a simple family dinner after ski, sauna and swimming pool. There is a kitchen inside the room.

Excellent accommodation, 5 min from Zell am See, 3 min from Kaprun by car, ski bus stop opposite the property. Excellent SPA center with swimming pool, sauna and steam bath, hygiene in the entire facility is excellent. Ski room and storage space for skis and ski boots with heaters. Large and nicely arranged studio apartments 50m/k. An ideal place between two ski centers that can be reached quickly and easily. Free parking is provided in front of the building itself. Good breakfast at the hotel. We will definitely come again.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at this accommodation! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome.
