Rooms are a bit small but I think that is to be expected in this area of the world.

They did not check our documents. I was said it will happen at check out and at the checkout they told me it is not possible because the boss is not there. Strange.

Lack of storage in the room. No place where to keep shoes in the room. Little carpets in the room look fabulous but keep shedding a lot of hairs. Small table to sit at in the room would be nice. Breakfast option was quite poor including presentation, all stuff have been crammed in a very small area. Also some of the fruit was not the freshest. Most of the staff were friendly but unfortunately were not providing a very good customer service. This included customer focus (more interested in tablets/phones) and dress code. Lack of parking spaces at the property.

Good location, near a short lift. Newly renovated property to a good standard. Sauna and hot tub was a nice bonus.

Very small for 3 persons. Not relevant bedside table. Lighting is really "tricky": switchers connected to each other in a strange system. There is no cealing light.

The room was super small, no place to move. Also we ordered a room with a terrace, but got without it.

Good location next to the T-bar lift, a great rent shop in the same building, and a good restaurant. Sauna is nice too. The breakfast is simple but good.

I liked everything, but there is a small remark. If there is a kitchen in the room, then put a towel to wipe the dishes, some rag for washing dishes. In the bathroom, add a towel for the step, it will not be superfluous. The hotel should think about putting additional printed information about the surrounding area, where to go, how to get there, what to see. You have a lot of beautiful places near you, but where is the information? This is for you to think about, a question for your marketing. Add this.

Breakfast was good. We had enough for our family, there was even food left over. During the day and for dinner, salads, pizza, local cuisine.

We did not like the restaurant offer. Breakfast was ok but otherwise I would not recommend eating there. Thy only offer pizza and pasta - no problem with that. We tried both but they did not taste well, lacked seasoning, they should really change the cook.

Nice small hotel located directly at ski slope. Easy to ski in and out. Our room had big and renovated bathroom. Small spa area directly in the hotel. Very nice and helpfull staff - Zdenek.

Our room, especially the bathroom was exceptionally tiny. Especially if you consider the price. Moreover the bathroom smelled, had to sleep with the window open.

The room I was given was a smaller one than what was shown on the booking.com site. Every square centimetre is used: the bathroom is very tight but at the same time nicely furbished and everything works very well. All in all it was fine.

Location is great, right at the bottim of the ski slope, very nice hotel, modern facilities. Breakfast is great, offers a great variety. There is sauna and a comfortable place to leave ski boots and other equipment to dry.

There is no TV channel from Slovakia, Austria!, Hungary or Czech republic in TV set. If you come to room after skiing you want to turn on the television and just relax, but there is nothing to watch, even worse if you are with kids.

No shower screen or curtain, so the bathroom floor got very wet when showering.

Great location, right next to the ski lift. Large clean room with a view of the slopes. Warm and friendly welcome. Delicious breakfast. Great bonus to have access to hot drinks throughout the day.
