The apartment is an excellent option to stay in Vienna with your family and traveling by car. Although the location is not central, the metro station is very conveniently situated and easy to get around. The apartment is very clean and has all the facilities you need, parking is across the road and free, it has a nice view, and the complex where it is located is new and modern. A Billa store is near the entrance. I would come back.

It will be better to change the pillows to more comfortable ones.

First of all, I would like to say that everything was great. The apartment complex was incredible, has a good view to city, and located near to the city centre. Public transport was close to apartment. In the apartment itself we had everything needed for comfortable staying. The instructions that was sent by host helped us to check in without any problems. We got a card from parking as soon as arrived, and it was really important for us. Highly recommend place to stay in Vienna.

The parking area ist across the street and not under the building, when you have language it can be irritating.

Quite warm in the living room during the night even with the climate control as low as it goes. The road outside was very loud overnight when the windows were windows open, which was necessary due to the warm living room.

The rooftop pool is amazing.

Warm if outside temperature is high. No possibility to cool down. Balcony is noisy due to close proximity to highway.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. The only thing I would mention is that the sofa bed in the living room is not suitable for a longer stay and for taller people. :-)

Everything was absolutely perfect. The reality matched the photos. The apartment was clean, cozy, nicely equipped. We were pleased with the coffee and tea included in the price. In the end, despite the bad weather, we also used the outdoor pool on the 31st floor - a beautiful view of the city. It must be great in summer. Anna is an excellent host - she responds very flexibly. She answered all our questions immediately, gave us advice on parking, offered us the possibility of longer parking and luggage storage after check out.

Great location, close to Prater amusement park, Billa grocery store in the building, parking on the street free during weekends or you can use parking garage also for free. Very close walking distance to U bahn. Great communication with the owner. We left something in the apartment and she was very helpful. Apartment is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped with coffee machine, coffee was provided by the owner, which was very nice. We will be definitely back in summer time so we can try the pool.

Easy to find, nice views from the apartment. The apartment itself was super clean, and very cozy. The only thing to consider is that there is no additional air conditioning, and the apartment was very hot when we arrived. Overnight open balcony helped as nights are colder. Other than that, all was great and Anna was very helpful and fast to reply!
