Smell from the ventilation sistem in bathroom,we could smell all the neighbors lunch.

We enjoyed our stay,felt like home.The heat was great.Quiet neighborhood.All the surfaces were clean .Great underground garage .

matrasses are a bit hard - some people like it, we prefer a bit softer. The 3-bed bedroom has a double bed which is a bit small; this bed is OK for kids, but too small if you are thinking about lodging adults.

good location: 10' walking distance from Hauptbahnhof and U1 subway station, 5' walking distance from tramway station, all bringing you to Karlsplatz, Hofburg, ... . Supermarket around the corner, open until 20:00. Nice playground in front. Calm and modern neighbourhood. Quiet appartment, no noise from neighbours/street. In winter, the whole appartment was nicely warm. Spacious kitchen with modern appliances. Spacious bathroom, and 2 toilets (1 in bathroom, 1 separate toilet). Our 12-year old son loved the high-sleeper bed.

The bed from small bedroom is not the best, pillows not comfortable also.

Location is great, very close to tram station. An Interspar supermarket is at the ground floor of the building across the street. Apartment is very clean, 2 bathrooms and one big terrace. The kitchen is full equipped.

Great location, facilities, close to public transport stations, and 40-minute walk to the center of the city. Clean, we had all we needed. Lidl was really close, 3-minute walk, and Interspar was right on the corner of the street. The neighborhood was quiet, and the beds were comfortable.

Beautiful, modern apartment close to the main station. Belvedere and the centre of Vienna can be reached very easily with tram D.

Nothing. Note that 2 bathrooms is 1 separate toilet and 1 bathroom with a shower/bath, sink and 1 toilet.

The quality of the furniture is high level. You have everything in the flat that you need. Plenty of cupboards. The communication with Alex (easy to check in/out) was easy. The location is only 15minutes by direct tram. Foodstore down below and a park across.

Location is great and all parts of the city are easily accessible via public transportation. Apartment is spacious and clean. Host was there right on time and provided us useful information.

The location is great if you want to be away from the centre of Vienna, but still within the reach of the city's public transport. The apartment is spacious, with enough room for a family of 5. There is a cool playgroung really close, which is definitely a bonus if you're travelling with kids. Convenient and safe parking in the building for a fee. Good coffee. A balcony.

Good room configuration, excellent facilities, prompt reply by the management for queries. Close to the train station its a great place for group of people to stay. The extra (bunk) bed in one of the rooms feels small in pics but I as a 6 ft adult managed it alright so its a great space saver

No shampoo, shower gel, watching powder available. We had our own, so no problem for us, but it was quite unusual for a such a nice equipped apartment.

We traveled by car, so I evaluate location as good - we had a parking place in the garage, quite close to metro and tram with fast access to the city center. If arrive by another methods, maybe it could be valued as partly remote. Apartment vas very clean, nice decorated, with lots of useful equipment, coffee capsules, etc. Just behind a good shopping center.

There was no sheet on the third bed but we found spare sheets in the closet.

The owner was punctual and kind. The house was clean convwnient, well equipped. The apartment is just near the park and not far from Hauptbaunhof.

A wonderful, very clean, and comfortable apartment in a quite neighborhood with a splendid park and many playgrounds. Excellent grocery shop around the corner and very easy access to all the hotspots in Vienna. We really hope to come back, we had a marvelous time!

This was a very nice hostel. The host was very accomodating. The facity was very well stocked with dishes and kitchen ware. I was very,very clean. It was one of the best one of the eight hostels we stayed in.

Nothing, was great for what we needed.

Very spacious, clean and a good location for being close to town but also quiet, uber to vienna was only 15 euro. Really lovely flat and perfect for a group get away.

our stay was exceptionally good. it was such a homely feeling. i host was very nice and the facilities are really great. 2 min walk from a big supermarket, childrens park with playing facilities and 5 min walk to nearest metro

Bed in second bedroom is very hard. Apartment easily gets hot in the summer, no airco nor fan. We reported several smaller items that require repairs, hopefully this is taken care off.

Nice, spacious 2 bedroom apartment, relatively new building, closely located to s Bahn and supermarket. Underground parking available, large balcony. Friendly host.
