Excellent choice Comfortable apartment, modern furnished, fully equipped, clean. New and sound proofing windows. The location was very convenient, right across the u station and meters away the tram station. There were super markets close and a wurstel cantine with nice sandwiches that stayed open until late. The communication with the team that operates the apartment was done through the booking messaging and they were very responsive.

A weird smell at the entrance to the room, like someone smoking there

Everything was fine, just keep in mind it’s located a bit far from the main sightseeing like St.Stephan’d cathedral. Nevertheless, there are metro and tram stations right there, so in 10-15 minutes you’ll be able to reach the main attractions

Very nice apartment. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the apartment was well kitted out for a short stay like ours. The bedroom is a good size with chairs, desk, wardrobe and tv. The kitchen was excellent for the small bits of cooking we did. Coffee machine, oven, hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher etc. Waterfall shower too which was lovely. We had a nice balcony beside a big, old tree which was lovely in the mornings to listen to the birds. The windows have unreal insulation so when closed you hear nothing and the curtains/blinds make it really dark too. Elevator in the building so it’s very accessible and shops around the corner. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the Parliament building or 5 minutes on a tram. Loads of lovely bakeries and shops close by too for food. Honestly it was great. We had a small issue coming home one day with low battery on the lock but it was sorted super quickly and the staff were lovely.

Everything was amazing, from the staff to the room itself. Very easy access to metro and tram lines taking you to city center. We love the fact that we were able to leave our luggage in secured lockers at the property. If we ever come back to Vienna, for sure we will look to book the same again. Thank you!

Emails from the host were not translated into English as well as the BOOKINGS emails were. Host translations looked like Google Translate, and were not as smooth. They were very understandable, though. (A question like "what didn't you like" always makes a minor item seem bigger than it was.) WE DID HAVE A FANTASTIC TIME!

Location next to public transportation (underground, tram, UBER, taxi, and busses were all easily accessed.) It was great having apartment access by punch pad, rather than having to worry about keys.

The mattress was way too soft for both me and my husband, it caused a little discomfort while sleeping, but it was okay for 2 nights. It would have been a bigger problem on a longer stay. Also, a microwave would have been great.

Check in was super easy, and we could use package lockers in the building before and after our stay, which was great to extend our sight seeing hours. The city center and train station are easily accessible via various nearby public transport options. The apartment and the entire building were super clean, pleasant, and peaceful. The garden outside our balcony was especially nice, with plenty of birds and sunlight. Communication with the host was also perfect! :)

It was a really REALLLYY clean apartment, the owner thought everything in details, there was even an umbrella in the apartment, it was the best place i have ever stayed in, the bed was very comfortable; the building was safe and new, i loved it, wished we could stayed more, 1000000 out of 10, the only little thing i could say that it is not in the center BUT very easy to reach with the trams so not a problem

Nothing! However the toilet door did not lock properly, but that would be picking and being over analytic!

The location was great. Bang across the road from the U-bahn station. Lots of lovely natural light came in and flooded the apartment. The bed was very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Great amenities. Perfect treat after lots of walking all day in Vienna!

Nothing really. If I need to pick one thing, Parking is a bit tricky if you arrive by car, but that is Vienna issue in general. There is a garage 7-8 min walk, that charges 6eur/day for overnight and in front of the building you can park free on weekend if you find a spot.

Good location for public transport. Plenty of street parking, which was free over the weekend. Clean and comfortable bed. Well insulated, quiet room. Multiple supermarkets within walking distance.
