We loved our night's stay in the space pods - they're a novel space for a hostel that gives privacy and feels much quieter than just being in bunk beds in a room with other people. The facilities were fantastic - powerful, clean showers and sinks, and plenty of earplugs provided if needed. The walk into the old town of Vienna is an easy 30 minute stroll, but there are also loads of trendy bars and good food in a 10-15 minute radius of the hostel.

The space/blue lighting was not for me. I knew prior to booking that that's the theme of the place but it isn't for me. Bathroom does not have a door - only the toilet and showers do. Towel was really small.

Great value for money. Room was clean and had a safe. Luggage storage was provided. Ms Betinna was very helpful and friendly. Made me feel very welcomed.

Towels were a bit small, I’d recommend bringing one of your own since there are also no extra towels or paper to dry your hands after washing them.

No complaints really, only issue was some people being very nosy in the night but this isn’t as a fault of the property as they clearly state the pods are not soundproof and ask people to be quiet - just a matter of people not respecting that.

The property was very clean, especially the showers. They provided everything you needed such as towels and soap and were very quick to respond if you messaged them with any queries. The pods were very comfortable and were a good size that you could relax in such as when watching TV.

I didn't realize that there is no kitchen. That's slightly inconvenient. The AC in the hallway was leaking and dripping water.

First time space capsule for me, I kinda loved the experience! Fancy and something different. It pretty much has everything you need. Wifi, air flow (not really ac though), ear plugs (which you need, it's not soundproof), very modern and clean showers, and floor heating! I also had an issue and they called me right after I sent them a message and did everything to solve it. That was really nice, thanks again for this!

Tv remote in my capsule was broken and the capsule ventilation was quite loud. I would appreciate bigger towel, provided towel was sized maximally for hand or face washing...

Great location close to main train station, easy access and checkin. I also liked the privacy that the capsule system offer.

I wasn’t informed until after I’d checked out that I could leave my luggage in the locker until 6pm on check out day. This information if given on booking or even at the research stage would have improved my travel plans and I would have spent the day locally instead of moving on to another city/country. I feel it’s also a facility offered that might encourage others to book. Having a kettle or some kind of drinks machine would have been a welcome bonus after arriving late in the day in the winter

Self check in was smooth. Inside was clean and warm which was very appreciated when it was -2 outside. The sleeping pods were private and I was allocated one that also had a UK plug socket which made me feel that staff had tailored the facilities more than usual. Free wi-Fi and in-pod Netflix. It’s spacious and dark enough for sleeping inside the pods without being pitch black so you don’t feel you’re in a coffin.

Some other people staying left lights up and since the capsule is not lightproof, it was very disturbing. Could help to install a timer for the lights.

Just noisy if you have people above you in a pod, would definitely recommend having a top pod if you are a light sleeper or just like the peace and quiet.

Bed and pod was sooo comfy and quirky we loved it. Bathrooms nice and clean along with the nice showers, wasn't full place so didn't have to wait for either shower or toilet.

The cabins are very comfortable, well equipped, and have everything you need. The location is good. Place was clean. I think it is a bit expensive for the conditions of the dormitory, although the dormitory itself is really good

The showers smelt a little damp, and there were no shower mats so it was pretty hard to get dry and dressed

Very comfortable and private. Clean. Great wifi and entertainment options. Awesome showers. Loved the big lockers and was able to use the locker after checkout. Coded entry so check-in was a breeze.

It's not very comfortable in terms of sound travelling between capsules so you're always worried that any move you make might disturb someone.

It was an interesting experience. Really pretty, futuristic design.

The location is very good. You can take bus to the central station. The sleeping cabin is not soundproof, but the privacy is good, and you can have an exclusive space. The shared bathrooms and toilet are relatively clean.
