The only thing was a slight lack of utensils to cook - eg a frying pan but no baking tray, and missing a few utensils to cook with. But only a small gripe.

Great location, tram right outside and 15 odd minutes to the city. Food and supermarket nearby. Clean, private, quiet, good communication from the renter. Felt like a little home away from home, really liked this place.

The entrance room is quite thin (popular for Vienna), but it wasn’t a problem.

It was a clean accommodation with a lovely view! We had all the facilities including salt, pepper, oil for cooking. The tram station is located in 3 min distance. It was quiet.

Well there is no something special that we did not like but here are some advices what could be better. - We noticed that LED lights in common area are to loud, they have annoying buzzing sound, this did not impact our stay, and we told our hosts that we do not expect this can be fixed, but it will be great to be fixed for any new guests. Also we were aware of that that this is not just "changing the bulb" fix so it will need time. - Pillows. Pillows could be a little bit better quality, they are to soft and do not support head correctly, even after a few try to shape them the way we wanted. Look at this as one time investment, that after change will probably made a lot of guests satisfied. - Kitchen cooking pans. They are Teflon based or at least some similar non-stick coating, but they were scratched big time. As a lot of things are coming from the IKEA I would recommend pans that are made of steel (probably non-rusting), that are a bit heavier, but there will be no any scratched coating. Look at this also as a one time investment. Or replace the non-stick pans with new and buy some wooden or silicon based ending of the kitchen utenciles. Also it could be great if pans can have lid. Even though this does not impact the stay that much, still it will be great to be either covered or improved for yna new guests.

Location is really great and is pretty much connected to the other parts of the ciry. Near location (around 7 minute walk, or 2 stops with the team) is Meidling train station, where you can take trains that goes through city, or metro U6 that can transport you further. Self check-in is really a great thing, and it was easy to do it. We had a bit of issue with initial lockbox, but the host is really helpful, and provide us quick answer if the password was changed as well as what is the new password. I like how hosts are supportive and provides quick responses. Also apartment is well equipped and you have everything you need, especially there are enough amount of shampoo and shower gell, and there is unlimited hot water. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and other that are seeking stay in Vienna.

Everything was perfect.

The apartment was extremely clean. It is completely new and very well equipped. At first I thought the location was going to be a problem but it’s great also, it’s well connected and you get to the Karlsplatz in less than 20min, after that you can explore on foot. The neighborhood is nice, we actually found amazing local restaurant just across the street. The agency that owns the property was very responsive and explained everything, so this was a pleasant experience. We will definitely book this apartment again when we’re in Vienna. Advice for all travelers, before booking go to their website to see all of the apartments. Our was no 18 on second floor but the photos on the booking show another apartment, I was a bit confused but the apartment was amazing so it didn’t matter. Also, this apartment can be used by 4 people easily. But keep in mind that the sound isolation is not the best.

The building doesn’t have an elevator, which would be beneficial to know beforehand. Also, the apartment we stayed in was on the top floor but we were only given apartment number so initially didn’t know how many flights to climb etc. which wasn’t pleasant given the suitcases and bags. The pull out couch wasn’t the most comfortable, which we expected but should be noted. We felt for the location and amenities it was slightly overpriced, but we understand it’s in the middle of a season.

The apartment is nicely furnished and very clean. The kitchen is adequately equipped for a short stay. The instructions provided were very straightforward and therefore it was easy to find and get into the apartment. The location is nice in terms there is a tram station down the street, so it is not closest to the center but the public transport is nearby and is not a problem if you’re coming with a car. The neighbourhood feels safe and there is a grocery store nearby as well.

First time staying at the apartment and it exceeded my expectations. Modern renovation, very clean. The owner provided with everything necessary plus white linen and towels, delicious coffee. Thank you! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Well thought out process with the transfer of keys. Here the main thing is having access to your e-mail, where all instructions are sent the day before. The area is not central, but I need it. Very quiet. Close to transport interchanges and therefore easy access to any part of the city. Great option for relaxing stay!

There is everything you need. Not far from the subway, you can get to any location quickly and easily. There is a supermarket and a cafe nearby. Thank you, it was a pleasure to stay here!

The only thing was the mattress which was not very comfortable, way too soft for our taste. The area is nice, well connected by tram and subway, but a bit off the beaten track and thus can seem a little bit sketchy in case you travel alone.

Easy check-in and contact, all the facilities were as described and everything was super clean and well looked after. The tv with couch is great to relax and there is even a hair dryer provided. Everything as described, great and cozy interior, exactly as on the pictures, we would definitely book it again.
