Great location near metro station (but bring ear plugs, loud street) and it has everything you might need - towels, big TV, coffee, tea, parking spot in a garage.. We've really enjoyed our stay. :)

The bed is too soft. I wish they change the mattress because you will have a back pain using it. We slept in the living room for our whole stay (3nights) since the sofa was better than the bed mattress. Also change the pillows to much firmer one. No drain in the bathroom floor but it's normal in Vienna. Please put some water dipper in the toilet area. How can you wash your butt when you po*p since there is no Bidet in the toilet area?? and it's normal in Vienna.

Pros: 7mins. walk to train station KAGRANER PLATZ. And there's BILLA Grocery and other store there. Nearby to groceries and Tram stop too. The Aircon inside the bedroom is working very good and cold.It also have a fan in the living room. Which we like cold weather we are using the fan too. I like their sofa. It's nice to lay-down there. Strong water pressure. The host is responsive via Whatsapp. I like their automatic window blinds that will make your flat darker but much better to put darker window curtain so that the light will not penetrate. Complete kitchen stuff. There are extra towels and pillows and comforter in the cabinet. Very convenient door lock since everything is electronic already. There is umbrella in the unit that you can borrow when it rain. But we are lucky it's still summer time. Internet works fast. I like their cloth rack warmer since we don't have that in our country.

We needed an apartment for 4 people, with a kitchen and most importantly: with a garage. This was the best choice, and on top of that the most affordable option for our dates. The apartment is in the northern part of Vienna, outside of the most crowded, lively parts of Vienna, so it's less noisy, more peaceful. There's a tram line right under the windows of the apartment, but to us it was not an inconvenience, it was rather a plus: it was so comfortable and relaxing sitting at the window in the evening and watching the street under with trams passing by - not something I can see at home, and you get that feel of Vienna. The private garage was fantastic, enough space, easy to drive in and out. But the key to the garage was inside the apartment, so I had to leave the car in front of the garage door, get to the apartment first and then go back outside, open the garage and then take the car in the garage - not a big deal, but I wish this could have been done more conveniently. To drive out it was simple: you just pull the cord. The apartment itself was really nice and clean, with separate bathroom and toilet. The kitchen was well equipped. The window shades are operated without cords (we felt so behind the time when we finally realized how to operate them), The bed was nice and comfortable and the sofa was also prepared for sleeping because we were four. And we got a sweet surprise that our little son enjoyed :) For those who have kids there's also a big indoor playground not far away.

The only problem was that to get to the parking we needed to leave the car outside the building for 15 min and get the key from the inside of the apartment. There was no parking instructions, parkomat or even any sign showing the parking is paid. So those 15 min were enough to get fined. I would suggest to learn the parking requirements before arrival or not to leave your car unattended. However no complains about the apartment itself.

We really enjoyed our stay! Clean and modern apartment, pretty comfortable location 5 min walking from the public transport. It has everything you need, including two kinds of coffee makers, coffee, tea, spices, oil etc., toiletries, linen, even a couple of umbrellas (big thanks for that!).

Spacious, Modern 1-bedroom Apt near VIC & Austria Ctr is cozy apartment on 2. floor situated 4 minutes by walk from station of underground and 5 minutes from our event. Apartment is enough large and include all necessary equipments. Owner is very helpfulness and his instructions before our comming was very clearly. Big benefit is garrage inside of building on -1 floor, which is include of price accomodation.

it is not centric but well located. Conveniently 5 min walk from metro station or 1min from tram. The flat feels CLEAN all over, and I can certainly appreciate that. keep up the good work!

The apartment was super clean, modern and cozy. I have never seen so fully equipped kitchen when using booking website! Only a few hundreds meters to metro station that will take you directly to the city center (kagraner platz). Same with bike rentals, groceries (billa market). The apartment and parking were easily accessible. If you dont mind lack of balcony and dont need to stay near city center then you will be more than satisfied. It was a great choice

There were old registration forms with addresses, emails and telephone numbers previous quests in the apartment. So I was able to read a lot of personal information about previous guests. This is wrong! There were four of us, but the beds were only ready for two. The wifi password was hard to find. It would be better if the basic info (including the password for wifi) was placed on the table and not buried somewhere in the table.

The bed had 2 united mattresses instead of one, so that may be a slight discomfort for couples, but otherwise it is comfortable.

Everything was great! Very clean place, equipped with everything that one may need; house devices, some simple things to cook, a big variety of shampoos and shower gels and even conditioner and a big bathtub. It's spacious, cozy, modern and beautiful. The owners are polite and helpful, the location is near supermarkets, pharmacy, trolley and metro stations, so it's easy to get around. Very pleasant stay, I would definitely recommend it!
