I didn't like at all the fact the hotel wants to be self check in while there are still employees there. System for slef check in is far from good. Data input needed to be done more than one time. Problem with payment by card and the staff refused to accept payment in card terminal. Later on payment by the same card was accepted in the restaurant in the hotel. So that clearly shows thre is something wrong with the app and not with the card if some minutes later in the hotel restaurant payment has been proceeded without any problems. Next thing was the car park. After payment the bar didn't open and I got stuck there for more than 40 minutes. Alamrm connection didn't work, nobody pick up a phone there, button for a call didn't work either. Hotel refused to help. Disaster!!!!

Hotel looks great. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Bed is very comfortable. Bathrrom is not that well designed as water sprinkles out of shower to the floor next to the sink. Apart from that it was perfect. Nice light giving lots of possibilities from very light to relaxing darkness.

the “fully automated booking system” is very buggy and not available 24h which does not make sense. stuff is not friendly in helping. hotline is unavailable. do not go there!

We liked nothing because we couldnt get in. on the 2nd of september 2022 in 22;00 we reserve the hotel and because on the app it says check in till 22;30. We called for the time period of 30 minutes ongoing to say that we will be late but there was no one to pickup . We got there at 23;30 , there were others waiting aswell when we got there 1 boy and 2 girls who were also waiting to check in .For the ongoing time period of 1 hour we called and waited to check in.So if we could may we get our money back .

Too many things: 1)The staff was very unfriendly 2)They have a very strange and confusing check in policy (the self check in is just during the front desk opening hours) (why doing 3 pages of details in 2 languages if you can't make the self check in after 22h30 ??) 3)Lack of understanding from the part of the staff (they called 30 -50 min. before 22 h30 to let me know that I won't be able to get in if I will arrive after this hour regardless of the fact that there were 2 accidents on the highway that obliged me to be late around 40 min. )

I arrived at night, and due to the whole day driving was not informed about the fact there is no reception there. So they just charged me, and did not provide any services. I came to the closed door, nobody answered any calls, so I needed to book the second hotel. Too bad

There was nothing I didn't like. it was all great.

The hotel was built in a completely different way. It's very modern. Even the arrangement of the table and chair placed by the window was very beautiful. It had a different atmosphere.

Excellent hotel with perfect rooms that have everything I could need. Everything is clean and tidy, the self checkin process is simple, the room is not super big but it has everything I need. The hotel itself is beautiful and the restaurant downstairs is just perfect. I definitely recommend!

Nothing really... If I'm looking for anything, the lift took some time to work properly with the key card and button, as if it had a will of its own. But really... no negatives.

What a great, beautiful hotel, super staff, excellent rooms, just all amazing. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the rooms, and by the fact that it wasn't busy (shame, it deserves more guests). The bed was perfect, good shower, everything was there.

I can't say that I didn't like it. Everything was great.

Firstly I want to say thank you to the young lady who was on the reception. She is very friendly , nice and helpful person. Secondly the hotel is very easy to find,very clean, the room was very clean as well ,the size of the room is very big (family room for 2 adults and one child), the mattress extremely comfortable. I definitely recommend this location. Vielen Dank!🤩
