Only downside I could complain/ recommend to improve is there is no hook or mirror or chair in the shower. I have to put clothes on the floor. But I can also do thgs in the toilet with the basin and mirror.

The buffet Breakfast is a surprise! €5 is good value for the money. Highlight is the bread, they are all fresh and crunchy and even have hazzelnuts to go with my Musuli in soy. Room is clean and spacious with curtain for high privacy and socket near bed. Beddings are clean. Female dorm is quiet and clean. Last but not least I Needa say thank you to the helpful staff Pedro! He is very friendly and nice. I enjoyed one of the books from the lobby shelf and mistook the sale label for real (2nd hand book) , I was gonna pay to get it but he is so nice enough to offer me free to enjoy it. How kind is he.

- No Kitchen is fine, but a small fridge for guest would be perfect; - Additional payment for luggage and courting by hours seems unusual for hostels.

House keeping staff don’t understand English at all. TV in the room was not working.

Breakfast was good. The staff of the reception counter was exceptionally good. They tried to help us in every way.

Mattress was not very comfortable, didn’t like the breakfast (as we had paid for breakfast everyday and only used it twice), was a bit noisy over the weekend and as our room was on the top floor and had a loft type of ceiling, we banged our heads a few times. I think it s overpriced for what it is offered in terms of amenities, comfort and breakfast quality.

The only thing I didn’t like is that a small place where you can eat your own food. It’s not really comfortable. It would be better if you could put at least a small fridge to store our food.

The shower room glass partition leaked water, so was difficult to keep the floor dry. People were coming in late at night and taking, creating noise.. Rooms should be shared not more than 4 people.

Very noisy! The walls are so thin. Also, one woman in the room ate takeout like 2 times a day so the room stank and wasn't well ventilated.

Liked this hostel. It was mostly clean, staff were friendly, plenty of fun things organised by the hostel, rooms/bathrooms were big enough, location was great as well.

There were some nights that can get a bit noisy with neighbours talking around the corridor. The lift (elevator) had quite a wait time so it can be inconvenient when coming in with big luggages.

I liked the value for money you can get out from this hotel. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The restaurant bar downstairs also does discounts for shots, cocktails and beers with friendly staff that serves you. There are a lot of young travellers staying in this hotel.

You have to pay extra for a locker. It's 5 or 8 EUR per night depending on the size, which seems overpriced.

Creaky beds, a curtain is torn off. We did'nt find kitchen with fridge, cutlery, glasses and micro. Doors are noisy.

The staff is very friendly, we are glad to the curtains and small lamps with the beds, the cheapest solution in Wien. Very clean simple room.

Location is excellent just 10 min. from the Main Railway Station in Vienna from where there are connections to the international airport as well as direct trains all areound the Europe. This was my frist stay this hostel. It was really great. There was private bathroom in my room. There were two bunk beds (4 people per room). Great security measures in the whole place- key to the romm is card. It gives also admission to other places. Only guests can get in the hostel. Great breakfast - recommend to pay extra to have them in the morning.
