We arrived in Seefeld in the middle of a heatwave, the room had no air con so it often got very hot.

The hotel is beautiful and is perfectly situated for access to the town centre. We chose to stay in one of the older rooms to preserve our budget and we delighted to find that this still allowed us access to the hotels now modern facilities such as the gym, spa and bar areas. After a long drive from Trento, we were relieved to be able to spend a few hours in the spa to relax and unwind before dinner 😊 Staff on the front desk were very friendly and welcoming, providing us with recommendations for food and helping us find our way around this large hotel. All other staff, in the hotel were also friendly with everyone from cleaners to chefs offering a greeting and a smile. Breakfast was amazing! I don't really need to say much more but I will. We were first offered a choice of eggs which was freshly prepared while we made our way around the rest of the buffet. The buffet offered a varied and plentiful selection; cereals, cooked items, cheeses, cold cuts, bread, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cakes, fresh coffee and juices. Everything tasted amazing and we could hardly move after each visit. The breakfast staff were hard working, they were quick to get us seated and kept the tables clean. Our room was in the older part of the hotel which has not yet been refitted. We knew this when booking and paid a lower rate for it. The room was comfortable and clean with a shared balcony overlooking the town. We didn't actually spend much time in the room as we were either exploring the region or making use of the spa facilities. The spa has an indoor and outdoor pool and Jacuzzis. Both areas are large and have ample seating and beds. There is also a foot spa, IR sauna, steam room and regular sauna. The area is kept clean and is a great space to relax after a full day of exploring the area. Overall an amazing place to stay. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again if we return to Seefeld.

When we entered our room it stank. The fridge was unplugged and full of mold. We went to the reception and tried to explain the problem to the receptionist, who didn’t speak good English. The janitor went to see the problem but he did nothing and said he can’t remove the fridge. We went back to the reception and asked for another room and we were offered another one for an extra 80euro per night! We said no, and the receptionist said that only the manager can give us a room without paying more but she can’t call him (?!) - it was 2pm on a Wednesday. After a 30 minutes discussion, the janitor (who listened the coversation) said that he can remove the fridge (plot twist). The fridge was removed, it didn’t stink anymore. The next they the same stinking fridge was in front of our room (not cleaned). We again called the reception and it was moved further in the hallway, it was cleaned a bit, but it still stank. For the rest of our stay it was there (7 nights). Also we sent a dorect message over the booking app but nobody reponded. Also the bathroom had mold on the cealing and the room wasn’t cleaned well.

The breakfest and the wellness was really great, also the location is good

I complained there’s no drain plug in the bath. What did staff do about it - NOTHING. I complained that mini bar in the room is missing. What staff did about it - NOTHING. There was no soap/shampoo when we checked in, but the cleaning staff did take care of it while making up the room in our absence. I wonder why this happens at first place. Parking problem - The hotel provides limited amount of parking spots. When we arrived we had NO where to put our car since all spots were occupied. Guests deliberately, I believe, don’t take their cars for trips, leaving the car constantly at the parking, knowing that when they return there will not be an available spot. The reception girl was nice and sweet but it seemed that she herself was helpless to that situation. The facts mentioned above made the stay there unpleasant, besides the other factors.

Lack of lighting in hotel reception after 11pm ,causing me to trip on a step severing my achilles tendon now having to 10 weeks off work, not happy as I am self employed

Crossing the road outside the hotel is a bit dangerous as its quite difficult to see what is coming

Breakfast was amazing, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, the location was great as we could get to all the main areas with a short walk (Gschwandtkopf or the ice skating or the town or the cross country ski field) or the bus stop (for the Rosshutte), heated ski lockers, lovely outside swimming pool and hot tub. The wifi was awesome, I was able to have a work zoom call perfectly.

parking is limited, pool is very small and packed with children. room was very old fashioned, old bathrooms and toilets. Really bad coffee at breakfast, it comes out of multi machine and cubs are only available in tiny sizes.

Reception staff were very rude and not helpful at all. When asked for help or recommendations, it seemed like they could not be bothered helping and gave very basic replies that were not very useful. Some facilities were out of order so you couldn’t enjoy the hotel properly.

Staff were quite rude and unhelpful. Our rooms were never cleaned and we were not provided with clean bedding or glasses for the duration of our 7 night stay. The only thing we got was fresh towels (sometimes) and our duvets folded at the end of the beds, but not clean bedding. We were given a welcome pack which stated we could get room service and laundry service. We called down to reception on two separate occasions and the lady on reception was acting like we’d totally made these services up which was a shame as we really wanted to make use of the services offered. This receptionist was really unfriendly, never smiled at us or acknowledged us. Booking.com said we had a bath, plug sockets near bed and a couple of other amenities which weren’t included.

Facilities such as pool/spa good and location great. Breakfast was nice, lots of choice. Reception/restaurant/bar/spa/pool all nice and modern. Man on reception when we first arrived was lovely but didn’t see him again until we left a week later which was a shame as he was the only friendly staff member.

stuff is very unprofessional, seems lacking a proper management! no room service, the rooms are very old, food was okay, facilities are not tidy, especially spa is a bit a mess and not cleaned regularly. receptionist didnt greet. expected a better service from a 4* hotel.

The location was excellent, 8 minutes from the station and just across the road from walks and ski slopes. The spa facilities were superb, particularly the outdoor pool. The meals were delicious, with a wide and varied range. The waiters were extremely professional.

it was my fault but i forgot my bag but 2 hours later, while I was already in Germany i realized that i forgot my bag and called the reception and they said that the cleaning woman brought the bag 1.5 hours ago to the reception, but that she was waiting for me to call back myself. This is not smart of the receptionist. She should have called me directly and know my phone number. I lost 5 hours of my road trip due to this

the food was too expensive for what it was and it got repetitive pretty fast. the vegetarian option was just one of the other options (fish or meat) without the meat. also the staff is helpful if you want something minor but as soon as a bigger problem appears it takes them weeks to get to it
