Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SloveniaI have no comments about the Stadlhof services, but the process of purchasing ski tickets online could be improved. On the flachau.com website, users are presented with three "shops" at different geolocations to buy tickets, which is atypical for an online experience. This raises questions about the distinctions between the shops—are the tickets valid for the same area? Is the pricing consistent across all shops?
We arrived by car and were pleased to find the property conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Tauern Highway (A 10). The room provided ample space and comfort, and the breakfast was plentiful. While full meals are not available in the house, guests can enjoy complimentary snacks, tea, and coffee in the afternoon at no extra charge. Numerous restaurants and bars are conveniently located within walking distance of the property. Following breakfast, guests can leisurely walk in their slippers to a ski room in the basement to put on their ski shoes. The Starjet ski lift, granting access to the vast Flachau "Snow space" ski paradise, is a short walk away. To bypass the line, you can purchase ski tickets online and retrieve them from self-service ticket machines situated near the Starjet ski lift station.

EstoniaThis year the hotel was busier, more guests, so parking was a bit tricky, but we could find a solution by the next building, which also belongs to the hotel's owners.
As we really enjoyed our first (short) stay here last summer, we returned this July for a longer, 5 days visit. Everything was great , especially many thanks for the very tasty breakfast (huge selection in spite of this hotel is not so big) and your kind staff :-) Hope to meet again soon :-)
