Nothing serious, minor inconveniences, there were a lot of cooking appliances, but no frying pan, and the washing machine was on a separate floor, which was kinda dirty and creepy.

Everything was fantastic, the location is great, 5 mins from U3 metro station, the place is big and there is plenty of space for 3 people, clean and the host left some water bottles and tea. So I really enjoyed our stay there.

My neighbors were quite loud, but that could have been a coincidence.

We went on a class trip and booked 6 apartments. The entire house seemed to be inhabited by tourists. The building has four floors, it is worth asking which floor the apartment is on, because there is no elevator. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, maybe a bigger pot would have been nice. The U3 subway is a few minutes' walk away, so the Hofburg can be reached in 20 minutes from the house.

There was no elevator/ lift in the building. We were travelling with our parents who found it difficult to climb 4 fleets of stairs every time. Also, the laundry service is not within the building, it was available at another building nearby. So felt this part of the advertisement a bit misleading.

The location was great and easily accessible to trains, trams and buses. The location was easy to find and there was free street parking available. The host were quite helpful when we had issues with heating and electricity and fixed our concerns quickly.

Bed matress and pillows are too soft, cleaness could be bettet but it is ok, interior is segment you can work on it looks not so cozy. But you still have everything you need despite that. Neighboor next door is too loud, every morning they woke up early and screem. But that is not hosts mistake.

We loved location, it is 15min walk from Schenbrun. Apartment is spacious enough for two. Free taxi haven't left us in right location, so we had to look for building. Our aparment was on the corner of Felberstrasse and Krollgasse. Contactless check in was easy.

bedsheets too small (hard to cover yourself) and half empty pillows, one bedroom floor was sticky and needed a better cleaning (everything else was clean pretty well especially the bathroom)

The property we got wasn’t the same as on the pictures. In our apartment, the floors were squeaky and the shower got clogged after 1 day.

It was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Everything was just as we expected, the beds were comfortable and there was enough space for everyone. The price was very good regarding the quality of the place and it was well connected to the metro station.

The boiler was occasionally noisy, but not annoyingly so. It was a bit chilly on the first day, later it became more comfortable.

Really liked the size of the flat, lots of room for things, has all the amenities. There was a bed and a sofa bed - all very comfortable. Separate shower and toilet - there was enough space, no inconvenience. The kitchen has everything you need for use

- The wash-basin in the bathroom was stuck and in need of repair. The water did not go through well, and finally it became unusable. This caused inconvenience. - The property was managed by a company and did not respond to messages as timely as I'd prefer them to. Besides, they did not respond after working hours. Prompt communication would be appreciated. - It would be easier for me to find the building if a photo of an exterior were provided in the description. - There were not enough sockets in the bedroom. It would be convenient if the socket were next to the bed.

It was extremely cold, thermostat was showing 22 degrees but it was far from truth. Heating didn’t work, It’s cold even if you are dressed.
