Only door to the bathroom is missing. Does my partner needs to know how I clean my teeth? I do not like it! Czech Republic has borders with Austria. Why isn't there Czech news channel on TV at least?

Location of the hotel is excellent. Hotel is clean, breakfast excellent and personnel polite and helpful. Noise on room suppressed.

We were 2 friends sharing a twin and would have been nice to have a door on the bathroom! The rooms were not cleaned very thoroughly - no replenishment of tea/coffee, etc

Great location - very easy to get into the city centre and beyond from here. Handy to have shops and restaurants on the doorstep.

The only thing we didn't like is the room where the toilet is. It does not have a proper exhaust fan.

Leonardo hotel is especially good for first time visitors in Vienna. Many tourist places are accessible on foot and they have a secure storage rooms for luggage's if you just want to check out but don't want the hassle of carrying your baggage around while still in the mood for sightseeing before your next journey. The room given to us was spacious and the bed was large and firm. Their staff were also friendly and attentive to their guests' needs. I like the welcome drink and snacks they provide as it helps after coming from a long journey. Keep it up!

It was a jar of water and welcome apples in the lobby only the 1st day. All the other days it was written out of order. They don't pack you breakfast if you have an early check out. The was no door in the shower - it was cold to take the shower.

A great location, very convenient to reach the city center or other place. The hotel is just in front of the railway station, but it has very good isolation of the sound - it's very silent inside. Good breakfast. Very clean.

When changing the towels some were also missing, the small for the hands or for the floor and had to request every day from the desk.
