The bathroom has no door, which was really quite weird. The shower area also doesn’t have a shower curtain or sliding door to prevent splashing, so the water gets everywhere on the floor. The aircon was a little too warm even at its coldest setting.

It is super convenient, located directly opposite the train station so it’s perfect to do day trips out of Vienna. Also many shops and restaurants near it. They allowed dogs so it was perfect for our trip with our dog.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Right next to the central railway station which is what we wanted as we were en-route to Salzburg. The hotel was very clean and modern with an adequate bar area to get a drink and wind down.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The cleanliness of the facilities was impressive, and the location couldn't have been better. There was a hole in our bedding, But sinice we arrived at nine o’clock in the evening, I didn’t want to deal with it.

There was a door in our room connecting us to the next room. I don't think it was another guest room, probably something like a cleaning supply room, but whenever someone was in there, their sound was easily heard in our room. Also it would be better if there was electric outlet on both sides of the bed. There was only on one side.

There were small bugs in the bathroom during the nights, plus the bathroom doesn’t have a door, so it was a little uncomfortable to have a shower due to being a bit cold. Also we put the “please don’t disturb” sign on the door when we left during the day, but the staff did enter the room and tried to clean and pack it. Although we didn’t want them to come and clean up the room, they did, so it would have been great to at least do a proper job (changing toilet paper, taking the already used mugs).

Great location with easy access to the train station. The rooms are cozy, and perfect for 2-3 nights.

Negatives - shower area is completely open so be prepared if you’re planning on travelling here with a friend. There is no door or curtain to cover it. No phone in the room??? Very strange. Hotel isn’t centrally located downtown so it will be about a 20-30 min bus ride each time you want to go downtown.

Positives - felt very clean, right by the train station (which has some food places and stores and is a 15 min train ride to the airport), staff was very helpful with giving us suggestions of places to go and places to eat
