There was a door in our room connecting us to the next room. I don't think it was another guest room, probably something like a cleaning supply room, but whenever someone was in there, their sound was easily heard in our room. Also it would be better if there was electric outlet on both sides of the bed. There was only on one side.

Breakfast is good but seemed like the same every day 3 days in a row. Some variety/change would be nice.

There were small bugs in the bathroom during the nights, plus the bathroom doesn’t have a door, so it was a little uncomfortable to have a shower due to being a bit cold. Also we put the “please don’t disturb” sign on the door when we left during the day, but the staff did enter the room and tried to clean and pack it. Although we didn’t want them to come and clean up the room, they did, so it would have been great to at least do a proper job (changing toilet paper, taking the already used mugs).

Great location with easy access to the train station. The rooms are cozy, and perfect for 2-3 nights.

Negatives - shower area is completely open so be prepared if you’re planning on travelling here with a friend. There is no door or curtain to cover it. No phone in the room??? Very strange. Hotel isn’t centrally located downtown so it will be about a 20-30 min bus ride each time you want to go downtown.

Positives - felt very clean, right by the train station (which has some food places and stores and is a 15 min train ride to the airport), staff was very helpful with giving us suggestions of places to go and places to eat

Water from the shower was very cold. We told the hotel staff about it and they did ‘fix’ the shower… or so we thought. It was impossible to adjust the temperature, it was fixed on one spot (slighly warm) and we were unable to make it hotter (nor colder if we wanted to). Also, Wifi was terrible, not sure if it was due to us being inthe 8th floor, but it barely kept the connection for a couple of minutes.

Overall very good location and facilities. Right next to South train station and around 30 minutes walking to Vienna center

Breakfast is really expensive consdering the limited # of options provided (is a good breakfast though, just not worth the price). The only thing to consider is that Shower does NOT have the door and it has a semi-transparant glass wall that is facing the room. While the toilet (which is separate) has the door.

Really comfy room right accross the road from the train station. Comfy bed. Super nice price (without taking the breakfast).

The rooms were too warm for us, and it wasn't possible to control the air fully. We were able to open the window all the way, but we needed staff to help us. Doing so cooled the room, but also brought it more noise from the street and train station. Other rooms away from the street are probably quieter. The room cleaners changed the towels every day, but didn't replenish the coffee, so I had to go down to the front desk to get more.

The staff was helpful, the breakfast was yummy. Also, the hotel's close location to the main train station was great.
