I think the 'suite part' of the room, where two of our family slept on the sofa bed, was pretty basic and not of the same level as the rest of the room. While the main room was super comfortable, the suite bit had no side tables, no lamps and the blinds were really flimsy and let the morning light right in - it was literally just a sofa bed in a room. But we were only there for a couple of nights so it was okay.

The room was really nice - we had a suite so that four of us could sleep there - and the bathroom was also very nice and contemporary. The location was perfect - walking distance to everything and the staff were very friendly.

No ventilation or air circulation in the room. Thermostat was not on and we could not get it to turn on. We had to open the window to air the room. Very noisy outside our side of the hotel late into the night and very very early with, what sounded like large bins or carts being pushed on cobblestones. Woke us up every morning around 6 or so. Too pricey for what it offered.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast options. Staff were pleasant, albeit a bit transactional.

Loved the location,room,friendly staff & beautiful Salzburg. Quiet & dark at night. Safe area. Bonus having a coffee machine. 15 min walk to train station or a bus stop around the corner.

There was no way to bring the car by the hotel we had to park at a lot ~10mins away and lug our bags on foot to the hotel. Also, the parking lot was expensive so it was quite a hassle.

Room was small, Shower was very poor with weak water pressure, TV had loads of channels that didn’t work at all.

Due to the open plan nature we could hear everyone on the stairs/near the store cupboards. (Room 101). Fridge didn't work (didn't realise until checking out)

Description of inner courtyard view is technically correct though the courtyard was a metre wide and all we could see was the building next door. Not a big deal though.

Location is excellent being a 10 min walk from all city attractions and right in the shopping and restaurant precinct. Staff were on the whole very helpful and cleaning staff did a great job. Breakfast was good with a variety of dishes and items that would cater for most tastes.

There was quite a bit of noise early in the morning on the streets outside, but that is not the hotel’s fault! Everything else was great.

The location is perfect and really close to the old town. Also close to lots of bars and restaurants. We had a problem with inconsiderate guests and a lot of noise in a room on the same floor one night, and this was sorted efficiently and professionally by the staff member, including a room move. So massive thanks to them for that!
