Nothing to mention, I would recommend a couple of screwdrivers in the ski room attached to the wall. A ski room needs a screwdriver for adjusting bindings.

Recommended hotel for the facilities. Excellent terrace outdoor pool and spa. Superb breakfast. Friendly and polite stuff. The hotel does not offer reserved parking for every room, however finding a spot around the hotel building was easy and straightforward every time.

Looking at the wellness area pictures, I thought it was going to be more contemporary in style, which I'd wanted, but the rooms, corridors were a bit dated for the price

We had a brilliant time at Hotel Stern and were thoroughly impressed with the cosiness of the hotel and the warmth of the staff. It being a family business was a real positive factor in so many interactions. The food was consistently great, with plenty of variety of dishes and care in preparation. The combination of rooftop pool and underground spa was a real treat after a long day on the mountain, with many different saunas and steam rooms to keep each visit fresh.

Very nice stuffs, clean and tidy room. Don't miss the dinner and drinks which surprised us. Having smacks in the balcony is also unmissable. Finally the pool and relax area is so cool.

No advertised coffee station available (except for breakfast time if you have it as included, otherwise extra charge). No kettle/coffee maker in the room. Some spa facilities were unavailable, so if planning on using a spa, it is worth calling ahead.

Very clean facilities. Friendly, accommodating, and professional staff. Convenient location if planning on using a local bus. Also, easy walk to Aqua Dome and access to hikes.

The mattresses were super soft (I sank in the bed) and gave me backpain for first 2 days. The staff promptly exchanged the mattress upon my request (which I appreciate), but the new one was also quite soft, making me again sink in the bed. I believe such soft mattresses should have no place at a hotel like this today.

The personnel was very friendly, everyone cared. Food experience superb. Spa and infinity pool were also enjoyable. Overall a great place to stay!

The bedrooms (or at least our bedroom) looked as it belongs to another hotel. Nothing fundamentally wrong but outdated bathroom, old fashioned decor when the new spa area, the reception area and restaurant are very fine. I guess they are renewing step by step. As mentioned before the cost/quality ratio is high so this is acceptable.

This Hotel has a great cost/quality ratio for Austria. The staff, food, organization and the infinity pool area are just perfect. Easy access to everything within the Otztal area.

Limited parking. However, I was able to find a spot. For skiers, the property is a little further from the lifts, requiring a ride on the ski bus.

Breakfast should be from 7 a.m. and it would be good to install a self-closing system on the room doors so that the staff does not forget to close the door.

The hotel was amazing. we really enjoyed our time there. The room was big with nice snowy view. The food omg the food was so delicious. i wish I could have time to stayed more there. The infinity pool is with stunning view. and the staff was so friendly and welcoming.Definitely we will back for another relaxing weekend. Highly recommend

Hotel Stern was beautifully presented, clearly with substantial investment continually being put in, with traditional chalet features yet in a contemporary way.

Found the room better-looking and more modern on the pictures than in reality. The shower was modern but with only 3 glass walls, which made the bathroom floor quite wet despite the matt-towels. In my opinion, the shower either needs a door or the sidewalls should be longer.

Great location for skiing (free bus available) and local activities ( crosscountry skiing, aqua dome etc.). Amazing rooftop infinity pool with a nice mountain view. Fine spa area. Good breakfast and amazing dinner. Clean hotel. Very friendly lady at the reception. It's a nice place to relax.
