Excellent staff. Called me just after I checked out to tell me I'd left something. Good location for old town and train station for onward travel. Nice size room and bathroom. Nice feel in the sizeable lobby area. Good restaurant connected to hotel.

Very good value for money. Staff were for the most part very friendly and helpful. Our request for quiet rooms next door to each was met. Rooms were clean, nicely presented and spacious for the money. There was an option to have rooms cleaned less and be given a voucher for a drink downstairs which we took advantage of. The hotel has a lovely beer garden - but be aware it does close at 11pm on the dot. We did not eat at the restaurant but it always looked very popular in the evenings. Location is pretty good too - could be closer to the old town but only a 15 minute walk over the bridge. The Mirabell Palace, train/ coach station and main tour operators are all 5/10 minutes away.

The location is in a busy area and it can get a bit noisy at night.

I loved the restaurant at hotel, the waiters and the manager were especially kind and welcoming. The hotel has a nice vibe, close to the train station and the rooms are spacious.

For a 4-star hotel the amenities in the room were quite limited, a bit "spartan" (no slippers, only one all in one shampoo & shower gel bottle fixed at the bathroom wall, no shower cap). Extra breakfast at Euros 20/person was overpriced for the quality: no fresh white bread, no fresh orange juice (only from the bottle), and self service machine for coffee (+ 1 one thermos for filter coffee).

Staff at reception was very kind and helpful. Rooms spacious, luminous, clean and functional. 2 pillows/person were very welcome!

The location was close to railway station and bus station. The view from the room was good and we could l open the windows. A short walk to the river and across the bridges to old town. The breakfast room was very pleasant and the food good Therr is also a shady outside dining area .

Nothing really to complain about. Very happy with the stay.

Easy walk from the Hauptbahnhof and to the Altstadt (also close to a bus stop if you need to get around). Excellent restaurant next door! So nice to just pop in and get some great food and beer. Staff are super friendly and helpful in all facets. My room was comfy but you do border train tracks (not all rooms though!) which can be periodically noisy if you are a light sleeper. For me, the noise was no big deal at all even with windows open.

Difficult to get staff on phone on evening. They are gone. Not sure at what time. And it’s only possible thereafter to get someone if it’s an emergency.

Everything looked top level. Good quality. In perfect condition. Very functional. It started raining. They brought out umbrellas. Well located! Staff was very positive. Good sized room. Easy to use spacious bathroom. Nice towels. Breakfast is good and no time wasted to collect what you need.. Hotel restaurant sufficient selection. Fast service.

Breakfast: We had breakfast on our first morning but not on the second as we thought it was over-priced for what it was. We were not told where to sit so just chose a table outside only to be told off by one of the staff (in a very unfriendly way) for sitting where we should not be.

Our rooms - we liked the fact that our rooms shared a "lobby" area with a door to the corridor. We also liked the fact our rooms had hard floors and not carpets - it made the rooms feel cleaner. The restaurant garden was lovely and we really enjoyed our evening meal there on the first night of our stay. The staff who served dinner were very friendly. The staff on the hotel's reception were also friendly and helpful.

The bread rolls at breakfast on our first day weren't as fresh as we would wish. Also the bacon was kept warm in a steam-heated container which made it soggy. Minor issues...

Very convenient - though not in the old town it was close enough and well served by buses.
