Quiet neighbourhood, very flexible staff, clean apartment. Everything that we needed during the 3 days was (kitchen appliences, dishes, towels) was available. The whole apartment had a cosy and modern vibe which we really appreciated. The nearest shop was a 7-8 minute walk away (on the way to the centre), which was perfect. Recommended.

Parking was out on another street not far from Studios but we were lucky to get the last spot. Some small maintenance needed on our studio - soap dispenser hanging off wall and hard to use, kitchen skirting board coming away with nails exposed

Just one thing. There is a coffee machine, but no capsules!? But It's normal to put 5-6 capsules next to the coffee machine. We bought capsules from BILLA about 400 m from the house... Morning coffee is important to wake up.

The house is located in a quiet and green area. Our host Annika was welcoming and friendly. The room is furnished with everything you need - a large double bed, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, spacious bathroom.

There was almost nothing I didn’t like. But I suggest those considering Studios+ remember the following: Though your hosts provide liquid soap in the bathroom, you shouldn’t forget your own toiletries. The studios are a 10-15 minute walk from public transport, some of it uphill. But the trams and trains are frequent and easy.

Anita was very friendly and accommodating! The flat is very clean and cosy. It is close to the university campus but a bit far from downtown so perfect for stays related to the university.

Nothing really.

The owners were very responsive, kind and willing to help. They live downstairs, so it's easy to reach them also during the stay, and they respond to booking messages and phone calls quickly. The studio is nice and neat, just as you see in the photos. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Some of the parking spaces in the area are free of charge and others you need to pay. We did not have any problem finding a free space at no charge. To get to the old town, the Stadthalle or exhibition centre it is a bit longer walk, or you use your car, or you can use public transport, but you need to learn about which connections to use beforehand. The nearest tram station is 10 minutes walk away and takes you directly to the old town centre. You can shorten your walk by using the bus. There is a bus stop just around the corner, but the bus will not take you directly to the centre.

Clean, well furnished apartment with a kitchen and a nice big shower. Using a washing machine wasn't a problem either. Garden and pool for guests too.

The apartment is very nice, has a spacious balcony, and the garden is truly amazing. It's very quiet, there is a pool and 2 deck chairs. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Very nice hostess, she even helped me find a parking spot for my small bus. The apartment was exactly like the picture and exceeded my expectations. Very clean, private and Quiet. The best night sleep I had in a week!!
