Wonderful, spacious apartment, clean and fully equipped. Maria was very communicative, helped us with whatever we needed. Easy check-in, good transportation options to city center, grocery shops nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is very spacious, cozy and beautiful. It accommodated 3 couples and small children very comfortably. It had puppies and some toys that our children played with. The house is absolutely family friendly and value for money. Totally suggested!

The location is very good, the apartment is only 10 minutes walking from the tram stop. The apartment was nice, clean and very confortable (the perfect mattress, big TV, good WIFI). There are 3 supermarkets at walking distance from the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a guest would need. Parking in the interior yard of the building. The owner was wonderfull and also ready to help. We were completely pleased with our stay. When coming back to Vienna, we will surely choose the same accomodation, as it was more than perfect! :)

A creaky floor.

Location is easy to be found. Calm area and silent building. Nearby transport facilities by tram and metro. A lot of supermarkets and small restaurants around. Separate WC and bathroom. Internal yard area for smokers. Fully equipped kitchen. Large living room with big table.

Note that 2 of the 3 bedrooms are off the bright corridor and do not have windows. We managed fine but the rooms were v warm overnight without the door and windows open. Fans (ceiling & floor) supplied so can be managed. Bathroom was not an issue as mentioned in some reviews as useful having a separate toilet. Just some door locks not working - like on the toilet door and shower temperature could not be changed (v hot) - so needs replacing/sorting. Apartment is a tad out of town - but plenty of trams and trains - not that we used as taxi's and feet worked fine! Would have appreciated a bit of advise which trams etc to get to get where and maybe restaurants local etc. Only my opinion though.

Lack of lift is a small drawback as we need to take all the luggage upstairs, otherwise every thing is fine.

Think wifi was a little patchy, especially towards bedrooms. OK for messages, etc. Less so for streaming.

There were some minor annoyances (shades in one of the bedrooms not working, not much daylight in 2nd & 3rd bedroom, toilet tank takes ages to fill which is a problem given there's only one wc), the furnishing and appliances (kitchen, bathroom, tv) are a bit dated, kitchen cabinets make a loud of noise when closing. Could use more dishware (e.g. there were not enough wine glasses to have 1 per person).

The apartment was spacious and nice, clean. We enjoyed the kitchen/living room area, and overall is good value for money. The host was very communicative.

The temperature is horrible (I understand the maximum 18 what can not be more over the country, but I forgot about that!). We came down from Danmark, where we heat with electricity -so there’s no limit for heating- not with gas, so it was very strange and very cold for us…

I loved that it’s been huge and we had very comfortable Advent over Vienna, when we wanted to be together and play game boards and have dinner together we stayed in the great living room but if anyone needed me time we could be separately in ur own bedroom. Excellent:)

Busy area so if going by car, recommend you to order private parking spot as you may have troubles finding it nearby.

The shower pressure is very low and it takes >5 minutes of running the water to get a warm-hot shower. There were no scissors in the kitchen, and only one shelf in the oven, but these are only small things :)

Huge apartment, with plenty of space for six friends and a baby. Three separate bedrooms meant we all had our privacy, and the huge combined sitting room and dining area made chilling and chatting to each other so easy. The hosts were super helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The flat was the perfect temperature for a chilly October visit to Vienna. The kitchen was well-stocked with enough cutlery and crockery, so we could cook dinner together. The WiFi coped well with all of us using it, and the flat was very easy to find and access - the photos from the host to show the way in were really helpful. There are three tram lines within ~10 mins walk of the flat, so getting to the centre is easy enough. Food tip: Try the burek from Europa Bäckerei /Bäckerei Adriatik on Quellenstrasse.
