I saw a family arrive late on a Sunday evening. They had two small children. They approached the restaurant for food but the staff said that they were closed. They then said dismissively 'Welcome to Austria!' I felt that a hotel of this size could have tried to find something to eat for the two children. I knew that they had stocks of meat, cheese, bread and fruit in their fridges that they offered for breakfast. Why couldn't they have offered some of that for a fee? It would have been better than going to bed hungry! I wasn't impressed by this.

The hotel was situated by the lake which had a beautiful view. The breakfast had every item you could think of. There was a pool and gym facilities. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The sofa bed in our suite was more sofa than bed. It was terrible. To be honest, I don't think I've ever tried sleeping on anything less comfortable outside an airplane. It doesn't fold flat, it has noticeable ridges and is hard as a rock. Absolutely disgraceful, given the rate of the room. The room is also full of hazards for small kids - hard floor, sharp corners, wine glasses hanging from underneath a table - why on earth are they there?! Also, my son got splinters in both feet from walking barefoot on the wooden floor by the pool (it could have also been the wooden platform in the lake). We

We loved the view from our room, the balcony, the shower, the location - St Wolfgang is so cute! Above all though, the breakfast buffet was amazing!

Тhe steps for accessing to the lake are too high, and there is no stair railing or only partly stair railing.

The place near the Lake is wonderful. The food on breakfast is very fresh and tasty.

the mattress is too soft and the pillow is too big, but you can use the decorative one, it is smaller. Sometimes it is too noisy outside especially during s.c. summer nights.

Breakfast was super in terms of food quality, but the variety of choice is not proper for a long staying, for 1-2 nights it's ok. Many waitresses have delicious smiles. There is a lot of space in the dining area and perfect view to the see. The welcome service is great. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is huge but is constructed so wise that from outside it is unnoticed. The see view is fantastic. Many cafes nearby and a lot of options to go to. As a whole absolutely great place.

We couldn’t enjoy all rooms balcony (I booked 4 rooms) because there is always smoking smell form guests at the balconies below or above us. I wish if the resort is totally smoke free

It seems like a classic hotel for meetings & events which is not my personal preference. Walking ways in the hotel were quite long and complicated and always included stairs. The room didn’t meet my standard of cleanliness as there were spots on the carpet. Breakfast was okay but e.g. the cooked eggs were already completely cold at around 9 am. For me personally I have had already much better experiences in Hotels with the same standard and within the same price range.

Direct access to the beautiful lake with a lot of sunbeds and towels are provided. Staff was very nice and forthcoming. Breakfast was served until noon. Room size is good and included a sofa.

Almost no TV programs in English except two English news channels.

Very service minded staff - from front desk to hospitality - super friendly and super helpful. It’s a fantastic location on the Wolfgangsee lake with direct access to the lake - swimming and water sports activities, and the town centre itself is just a one minute walk . The view from our room was exactly as advertised - exceptional and great attention to detail to the needs of the guests in the room . Very good breakfast which is open until noon .

I liked everything except the view from the window. When booking, it was said that it was a patio view. as a result, a view of the air conditioners and the roof. must be warned. and it's not about the price.
