The coolest urban modern hotel, whatsapp help lines and easy digital check ins. communication with the staff is good. The rooms and toilets were quirky. On the top floor the ceiling is a swimming pool in the bathrooms. Such a good social environment in the lobby area, and a chill spot to listen to a bunch of records

The location was great, right next to Prater, metro station was really close. The breakfast was exceptional and it exceeded all the expectations. Fresh food, a lot of options. Such a great and pleasant stay!

Unfortunately, and this might just be us but we thought the mattresses were a little hard, I sleep on my side and kept waking up with a dead arm.

Pillows could have been a bit thicker, It would be awesome if TV had a netflix app available (so you can log in and use it) 😆, Coffee maker or a kettle would be a nice plus

Room was quite warm and the aircon didn’t seem to work.

The hotel was fantastic and the retro effect all around was brilliant even down to small wall features and funky mirrors in the lift, the staff were fantastic and covered all our needs and very friendly.

The rooms were clean and with a nice decor ! I had a big issue with the curtains without blackouts making the room very bright which is a problem for me . There is no phone in the room, so no way to contact the reception for anything . There is not mini fridge, kettle or coffee machine in the rooms . Also, tried the breakfast for €26 and found it poor . Waited long time for a cappuccino and when it arrived, it was cold . The staff in roof restaurant are not the most pleasant .

While I love minimalist décor, the rooms could benefit from some additional furniture (it could be minimalistic still) to sit, place and hand staff. Carpet and curtains could be cleaner too (especailly as there were curtains around the bed). Finally, and this is definitely not a critique to the hotel, rather than an advice when booking a room, please check carefully the type of room you are booking for. We had booked a room for a family of four (parents and two children), and the room which was called the Friends Room had four single loft beds, which was fun for the kids, but not so much for the parents..:)..

Super cool hotel with very nice modern design. Location was perfect less than 100 meters from the metro station and in a very quiet neighborhood. Staff was super kind, cool and helpful. Rooms were big, airy, minimalist and with good lightening. Shower very modern and toiletries were of high quality; so as the hair dryer. The hotel has a superb lobby, cosy with plenty of boardgames, books and various spaces to chill, work, play, listen to music. You can confidently say that there was space for almost everyone in the hotel. Super child friendly hotel. Environmental friendly hotel - which is one of the key things I search for when I book.

Simply the pillows. They were so soft and lacking in any support they left us with a neck pain. Iv read this on other reviews too. So easily rectified.

Fantastic location..less than 5 minutes from the metro. So easy to find. Very relaxed laid back and fun vibe. Breakfast is absolutely amazing. It's a buffet in the 7th floor restaurant and worth the extra fee as the choices are great. Room was a cleverly designed industrial style room. Small but so functional with a a great shower. Not exactly a romantic type of place but this was no issue.

Amazing hotel that exceeded my expectation - great location, facilities, staff, overall experience and comfort. Will be staying in this hotel during my next trip to Vienna. Very good value proposition, close to the train station that will take you to the main tourist attractions.
