Small bathroom almost not accessible for larger people :) As always the heater with electrical boiler provided hot water when it wanted. At the end was ok.

Very small but cozy apartment, having everything you need. Kitchen very well equipped and a having a lot of spices, oils, teas and coffee inside, everything you could want from a kitchen. No need to buy 1 liter of oil if you need a salad. the bathroom also has shampoos and shower gels. Several fragrances. This is a big plus comparing with other booking hosts that offer nothing.

A cozy apartment with an original design, equipped with everything necessary for guests to feel comfortable here. Interesting design details, modern equipment. Very close to Schönbrunn Palace and Park, very close to the metro station, from which you can easily get to any part of the city. Would love to come back again. ​

Very friendly host. Answers all question. The apartment is clean and tidy. Apartment is small but excellently equipped. Metro station U4 is across the street. A public garage with a good price is also across the street.

The apartment was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Is a small apartment but Is perfect for 3 person. The position is close to the tube station (just across the road) and in 10/15 min we were in the city centre. Armin is really kind and gave us every detail we needed to find and enter the apartment. I'll come back for sure next time i'm in vienna!

The apartment is small, but well arranged and fully equipped. Nice interior design makes you feel like you are in something bigger. In my opinion - sufficient for three people. Quiet neighbors in the house. Big advantage it is vicinity of metro station, from where you can get anywhere, and cheap P+R U4 parking. Very close to Schonbrunn palace. To sum up - if I am going to Vienna, I will definitely use it. In general -I recommend.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was so beautifully decorated and very close to the tram. What could be a difficult process to check in was made so easy with a WhatsApp information pack. So clever. If we were to visit Vienna again we would definetly look to stay here again. Thank you.

It's clean and comfortable. The apartment is well equipped. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. The location is 3 mns walking to the tram station. Parking is 3 mns walking €8 for a day.

I can't think of anything that would have been negative. The host provides an excellent example of the perfect accommodation.

The accommodation is just like the pictures and description, and even better! When we entered the apartment, we were greeted by tidiness, cleanliness and tasteful interior design. The kitchen is well equipped for longer stays also. The heating is easily adjustable and practical both in the bathroom and the kitchen/room area, we couldn't complain about the temperature. For those who want to explore the city, it's a great option because there's a metro station right in front of the apartment (no, it's not noisy!) that you can reach the city center and also the beautiful Schloss Schönbrunn with. The host, Armin and absolutely helpful and answers questions related to anything. We've spent a wonderful time here! :)

It probably won't bother most people but the neighbours smoking in the external hallway was a minor downside, it wasn't constant but you can smell the cigarette smoke in the bathroom and kitchen if the neighbours were smoking in the hallway whilst you were in one of these areas.

Property: The property is compact but ideal for a long weekend for 2/3 people. The apartment warmed up exceptionally quick once the heaters were turned on, this was perfect after a long day of walking around in freezing temperatures. We didn't cook in the apartment, but if you wanted to, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils/plates/bowls/etc. Both the bed & sofa bed were really comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. Location/Transport: We booked an Uber from the airport and the journey was swift, and the driver had no issues finding the correct street. The train station just behind the building was very useful and we used this most days to get to where we needed to be. The surrounding area was quiet, we heard no noise at night so always slept well, and we felt safe walking back to the apartment at night. There is an Aldi supermarket just down the road, having a store within walking distance is ideal to pick up food/drink upon arrival. Communication: We spoke with Armin via Whatsapp, swift response time and very friendly. The instructions received for the building and door codes were great - very detailed to ensure we went to the correct place!

Very nicely furnished, decorated and comfortable apartment, even if its area is not very large. The windows perfectly isolated the room from the noise of the street, not a single sound could be heard. The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary.
