It was a wonderful stay for us, the apartment is very nice and clean and very well equipped, also very close to the subway station and some nice restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. Communication with the host was very easy, as she provided all the information we needed during our stay. It was also really quiet overnight, which was great as we had a wonderful rest after the busy days visiting the town's tourist attractions.

Upstairs neighbour got a little noisy.

Brilliant apartment, modern and very clean. Close to a U station to link you more to the centre quickly. However, it is possible to walk also The host has thought of everything, and all the personal touches in the apartment make it feel very homely. Instructions about check in very clear. We really enjoyed having the terrace and our overall stay.

Exceptional apartment well designed and catering for all our needs for a short break. Communication with host was easy and Miriam quickly responded to our late request for a slightly earlier arrival.The building is situated close to an underground station and well served by trams.Lots of nearby restaurants and shops.

The Nuki system requires connection to internet or mobile network. This created an initial problem for us until a helpful Viennese gentleman let us use his mobile phone to contact the host.

Location was excellent. U4 Metro (Friedensbrucke) stop was across the bridge. Local restaurants, cafes and bakeries were all high quality. Apartment was well appointed, clean, quiet with a very comfortable bed. Only difficulty was with the NuKi entry system. Although it is bluetooth you still need an internet or connection to a mobile network to identify where you are. If doubtful that you would have a connection ask for the lockbox code to get a key.

The location was great, in a very quiet and nice neighbourhood, just 1 min from Friedensbrucke U-bahn and 5 min from Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof where at least 3 different tram lines (1, 33, D) are passing by. The appartment was really very comfortable, fully equipped with everything, with a very comfy bed and a spacious toilet/bath. The owner was very supportive, allowing us early check-in and late check-out, which gave us the opportunity to gain a significant time on the days of arrival & departure. Thank you very much Miriam once again.

Some of the manuals were away in a very high cupboard that I struggled to reach, I clearly have never used a Nespresso machine before as I couldn't work it!

I really couldn't have found somewhere better for our 3 night stay in Vienna. Just a 2 minute walk from the U4 underground station in a quiet spot on the Danau canal. The apartment is just like the photos - spotlessly clean, freshly decorated and fantastic attention to detail. There were thoughtful touches throughout the apartment and it is kitted out in a very stylish way:) We had a studio and so had the benefit of a terrace just outside to enjoy our morning coffee. Miriam provided us with good communication prior to our arrival so that we knew how to get there and how to get into the apartment and how to check out.

Very well located, extremely out of the box expensive decoration, first class finishings, looks like a brand new flat with a very nice terrace probably unique or very rarely available in this city. Thank you we were delighted also with the very responsive owners always answering promptly to anything we needed. Thank you, we will come back this is for sure

Nothing to complain.

The location is close to the city centre - 10 min with metro, 20 or so by foot - however, the place is very quite. The studio is awesome, we had absolutely everything we needed - from an iron to music speakers. The host is very detail oriented and very responsive.

The horrendous noise from the flat above. The noise went on for hours till nearly midnight and started again at 7am. We contacted the host and she said she would try and do something and it carried on most of our stay.
