location was good, lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. The honesty bar downstairs was reasonably priced and easy to use.

Delicious breakfast (except for the machine-made orange juice, which tasted very strange). Location is great, we got lucky with the parking and found a spot outside. They don't have 24hr reception, so our room cards were left in the key safe outside - easy to retrieve and get to our room.

I would recommend opening the pool and gym earlier as we could not use it due to our flow with kids. Either you would use it while your kids sleep and have some quiet time or when they wake up. It wasn't possible at all. Also, would be helpful to have a kid's playroom/corner for the little ones.

We loved and enjoyed our stay with our 2 kids. The room was comfy and size ideal for 4 people. Glad we have decided to book your hotel as it made our stay in Zell am See much nicer. The food was nice. I would love to point out the receptionist, super helpful and super nice!

Breakfast great. Decor and interior design were so well put together with the colours and Nordic style. Staff were superb especially Carina who gave us tips on our next destination at Hinterglemm. Good atmosphere and warm welcome on arrival. Would recommend to friends which we have already done!

Maybe can be a bit hot in the room and if you open the window it can be noize from passing by trains. Also, it would be great to have a dinner in the hotel.

Very comfortable beds and nice pillows. Foor heating is a big bonus. Mini kitchen with a fridge is very useful. Everything brand new. Swimming pool, relaxation zone and sauna are amazing! Some snack and water in Spa area is very much appriciated. Family friendly hotel with a very good customer service and tasty hot breakfast. Free coffe from coffe machine on the side 24/7 is a great idea. Honesty bar-super convenient.

Bedrooms are very tight and compact, even the superior room. A full length mirror would be a nice addition to the room as well as a brighter main light. Check out option prior to reception opening was not made clear.

Very nice new hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the ski lift and to all shops and restaurants in Zell am See. Breakfast was excellent. Honesty bar works well. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

The location is not perfect (500-600m from City Xpress lower station or #660 bus station to Kaprun) but it is still very useful.

Fresh and fantastic resort. Well equipped and clean apartments. There is swimming pool, sauna and parking underground. The breakfast buffet is very tasty with various ingredients. The reception and buffet staff are always willing to support all guests. Perfect skiing time there!

Everything was perfect!

Awesome "hotel style" apartments in Zell Am See center. We walked to lift only around 10 mins in ski boots. Breakfast was really good - big choice of everything. I was happy every morning! Staff is very nice. I was worried about room size as I booked only standard one. It was big enough for 2 person.. not small at all, nice bathroom, great amenities and spotless clean. Also loved the pool and saunas! I think this place is actually underrated in reviews by some picky guest, really nice place to stay in Zell Am See. Higly recommend!!!
