The restaurant could be better. First of all, one gets the impression that it was not the same person who decorated the rooms and the restaurant. If you don’t like sushi, there aren’t that many options. The crowd was a bit mixed, and the waiters were not the level you expected in a hotel like this. Last but not least, there were some women working (?) there, who were in suspenders or smth. Not that classy!

The design of the common areas and the rooms was exceptional, with great attention to detail. The location is right where it should be. I mean, it is right opposite the Stephansplatz. Bonus, the free use of mini bar. The Penhaligon’s Quercus bath line was soooo nice! Well done to the team!

The breakfast was very expensive for what it was. The food was good but the price wasn’t justified. The breakfast staff wasn’t as nice as the staff at reception.

Welcome drinks. The staff was extremely nice, the room was very big and super clean. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the mini bar. The location is ideal. The staff suggested great restaurants. Perfect stay !

Beautiful hotel, with lots of lovely small touches such as a free minibar. Very friendly and helpful staff who advised us on places to go and eat. Hotel is in a great location. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Vienna.

It’s not too bad but on Friday and Saturday they have a party downstairs at the main restaurant. The party itself looks cool and we would join, but….but we came with a toddler so passing through to the elevator with a pram and a sleeping baby was noisy. The good thing is that the sound isolation in rooms are good, so we didn’t hear a sound.

The plastic chair in the dining room wasn't comfortable

Perfect location to enjoy New Year in Vienna. The hotel is spotlessly clean, wonderful decor and quirky. The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable with soft, luxurious pillows. The room was cleaned every day, including New Year's Day. Wine and fizz in the room was a lovely touch too.

Cleaner came at an inconvenient time and tidied up when we had left things ready to use/repack. Breakfast was expensive, so we went out - we were staying with family, so it was better for us.
