We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We had an incredible time at the MATTHEW hotel. First, Wargain is an amazing beautiful place on earth. The hotel is small and beautiful, the staff was really nice and want to make you feel good. Recommended

HungaryIf you want some relaxing days among mountains, with no particular temptation, The Matthew Copper Lodge is a perfect choice. It's quite a new property, well-designed. Copper also comes back in tiny details (beautifully and perfectly cared for). They have a small lake in the garden and a good-sized pool to refresh. The breakfast is quality food, and enough variety to choose from. The staff is kind and helpful.

The rooms were nice and enough space for a family of four. Very friendly staff. Close to Grafenberg and Flying Mozart Lifts - Ski bus station less than 200m away but also in walking distance. Raclette (needs to be ordered) was really really good.

Lovely property, new, beautiful design, friendly staff, spacious nice rooms with all necessary facilities. Awesome spa area with an indoor/outdoor pool. Plenty of breakfast options with Prosecco and A la carte menu. There is no restaurant yet in the morning you can book Raclette or Fondu for the evening and they will do a nice set up for you. Ski lifts are reachable by foot.
