There is almost never available parking place and if you're traveling by car be ready to pay for parking. We parked on Müllin Alstadt, which was on 12 min walk from the hotel, and payed 16€ per day.

The hotel is very well organised and clean, the host is very polite and responsive, the neighbourhood is nice and quiet, located on a 25 min walk from the city centre.

For those who need coffee first thing in the morning, some coffee in the room would be great (tea is available), so you don't need to sneak downstairs to the common area in you pajamas 😉

Great option for short tourist stay, when you basically need a comfortable, clean and safe place to sleep, since you are there to explore the town and not to hang out in the hotel. No-staff concept is working great, rooms are tastefully furnished, super clean and cosy. Hot drinks and water available 24/7, a closet with additional towels etc available for everybody on the third floor. Easy to reach from highway (or airport), in a residential area 15 minutes walking distance from the old town. Very calm, feels very safe no matter how late you take the route. Just three parking spots available at the hotel, but free street parking overnight can be combined with using one of the parking houses near the city centre - a fee is comparable to what you usually pay for city parking or what the hotels in big cities charge you for using their garages.

At the Numa there are only 2 parking places + 1 more place to charge electroc car. At walking distance there is no free parking available. It is not clearly written at the description. At the street 3 hours free but you need a “parkschreibe” to place behind the Window of your car.

Online checkin , check out was working well. Great quality of the showergel, shampoo. Rom was very clean. Situated in a quiet neigbourhood but not too far from the center.

The labels on the body lotion and shampoo were confused.

Check-in and check-out were super convenient, also keyless room access saved us time. The location isn't central but I still really liked it! There are supermarkets, restaurants and a Döner place around. The room was pretty small but cosy. The bed wasn't soft, and thank you for that! The shower takes some time to navigate. But overall, it was clean and great. There's a common space on the ground floor where we could eat.

The cabinet where guests can exchange towels did not have fresh towels anymore. But since our stay was not too long, we managed with the towels we have. The cleaning staff was also around everyday so it wouldn’t have been a problem to ask them.

We loved our stay at numa! We enjoyed the cozy lounge area very much where guests can take free coffee, sparkling lemonade and beer. This concept is exceptional. We booked two rooms and one even had a balcony. The rooms were not that big but it was very clean. Walking to the city center took us around 25mins.

Room was slightly smaller than expected and bathroom tiles had a bit of mold. I did notice cleaning was still happening at 3:00pm though so maybe they need to better resource their cleaning staff so the one lady is not super stressed until the last minute. I guess having no staff on site could also be a downside, although we didn't experience too much discomfort.

Super modern way of running a hotel with self check-in and out, lockers if you need storage. The room and bed were super comfortable. Especially liked the lounge downstairs with tables.

it’s difficult to have a helpful answer. The WhatsApp leads to a robot and even if a personnel answers, he/she will lead you to the robotic answer… that was quite disappointing and annoying since we wanted to ask for help to call a taxi. The bus stops were at least 10 min walk.

Nice decorations of the room, everything is virtual and straightforward. They have free drinks as well, which made us feel like a very warm welcome. They free parking on-site, and location is not far from buses to city centre.

Not a lot not to like to be fair. I’d say lack of English tea or coffee in the rooms, despite a kettle, was a strange oversight. There was green tea and earl grey tea and milk too……

Although parking facilities are available there was no system for fair usage. We had an electric car and needed to charge it. There was a car parked in the electric parking spot for three whole days and did not move.
