That they only clean the room on the day of checkout all though you can replace towels orbed sheets as you want it just take it from the lobby near the locker. Walk to the nearest bus stop is about 10-15mins since it is located ina quiet residendtial area. To main centerwalk about 20-25mins

I like the self check in/ check out instructions. There are free drinks ( beer andsoda) that you can take anytime...as well as coffee machine the whole day. Verygood value for money...

Reaching the place needs quite a walk from the nearest public transport but as the walk is in a beautiful neighbourhood so we did not mind it.

We booked for 2 nights. The houses on the street are beautiful which adds to the ambience. There is no reception desk but all details were communicated via chat. The code to enter room was communicated through booking.com and email. so it was good. If you need breakfast you would need to book it in advance. The room itself was lovely with a nice and spacious bathroom and a large window to enjoy the outside view. Loved the room and the stay.

The room was a bit smaller than we had imagined and the lighting too bright, especially in the bathrooom (which is a "quality" many hotels have, in my experience)

It's a modernly designed, clean hotel with a pleasant breakfast area having a nice view over a neat garden. The personnel is very friendly and ready to help you in several languages. The location is quiet and strategically located between the airport and city center, so you can both visit the center and Hangar 7 or drive by car and make nature trips in the magnificent mountains surrounding Salzburg.

I wish there had been a desk, though the workspace was suitable, a desk in the room would have been better.

The hotel is really beautiful, modern and situated in a very nice part of the city. I really loved the details of this accommodation, starting from the entrance, the room and the little free snacks they are offering. For us it was the perfect place, just 30 min walk to the center of the city, plenty of parking spots in front of the hotel, the location is in such a nice neighborhood. Also, i loved the bathroom, so spacious and the body products were amazing. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Salzburg. Totally recommmend it!

Location. It’s 30 minutes walk to the city centre and in google maps there is no info about the public transport. There are buses, but you need to check elsewhere for their departure times and locations.

The hotel looks exactly as the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Everything looked brand new. This is the only hotel that had everything as free amenities. Coffee tea, water, douche gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand creme and body lotion👌 The check in was super easy and convenient. Downstairs you had huge common space which you can get as much as you like coffee and beer. The service was great. Fast response time.

The tea table is a bit too small (something may fall if you are a bit clumsy). There is only one chair to sit on in the room.

Great option for introverts cause there is no need to get in contact with the reception 😅. Cozy room, comfy bed, free snacks 😊. You can also find a guide to the city with recommended shops, restaurants and attractions. Bathroom has not only the soap but also conditioners and body lotion.

it’s far from downtown. I would have liked to have room cleaning service, it’s always nice to come back at your room cleaned and organized, perhaps I missed the signal to let them know that.

The room is clean and cozy. staff is always looking after you and checking on you if anything.

Very nice self check-in hotel 10-15 minutes walk from the city center. The hotel is located in a quite, charming neighbourhood where the public parking is free. The hotel is exceeded our expectations, the rooms were very nice and clean, and they offer coffee, beer and soft drink for free of charge. It's definitely the nicest self check-in hotel we have ever stayed at.

Exceptionally great place, all was amazing: room is spacious, nicely organized and spacious, bed is super comfortable, well equipped with coffee and tea. Place is spotless. Parking is available and location is great, in a very quiet residential area, close to city center.

A little more contact before we got to the place would have set me at ease. Didn't realise everything was electronic (not an issue) just means you have to check-in/book in before you get there, something that could have been explained in the booking process a little more.

This gem was amazing, it's a modern take on a hotel, everything is electronic, which touch wood worked sooo well. Getting in was easy, and everything was simple to understand. Location was decent within walking distance of old town and a cheap taxi home if you had one to many beers.

it was quite dirty, hair on pillows.. and floor was also dirty. matress quite old I would say as it hd some weird shapes on it.
