Ironing facilities could be made available in the room. Ironing is available, but one has to pay €5 per item.

The food was outstanding, also the leisure facilities were excellent. The reception was also very obliging.

I was expecting more natural snow and more challenging ski tracks, perfect for beginners but not for experienced skiers. However the tracks were kept in very good condition with artificial snow

The SPA facilities at the hotel were outstanding, lot of variety, not too busy, great relax zones and big swimming pool either outdoor and indoor

The room definitely needs uplifting.

I would suggest to add more personal for dinners servicing since it is too slow.. A coffee-mashing would be nice addition to the rooms for 5-stars experience.

it’s advertised as a 5 star hotel but it isn’t. it might have been in the past but surely not anymore. it has an old 70s Charme but well kept with various nice renovated rooms . large wellness Center, but food is average on a 3/4 star hotel standard. but to be fair prices were also at a 4 star level.

Some beds were too soft and others on sofa were too hard. It was difficult to get the parking place. Not so good food, especially fish dishes were without taste, desserts were ok. We should left ski boots in our room, so no extra room to dry them well.

We like the pool, a lot of place around reception to met with friends, breakfast, very nice staff, clean hotel, warn rooms and bathrooms, free parking, to buy ski tickets on reception, live music at dinner, not far from us.

The food was average and below, staff was not very friendly and communicative (apart from the reception). Long queues for coffee as the hotel provides only one coffee machine for the whole hotel at breakfast! Many people in the queue complained about it too. Staff making hot breakfast not very organized which also causes long waits for hot breakfast which is not brought to your table (you have to go to order it, wait for it being done and take it to your table). Interior dated. It doesn’t compare to other 5 or even 4 star hotels in Austria we visited.

Over the past 10 years since we've been going there the quality deteriorated . This season it got so low that becomes impossible not to mention. The facilities no longer comply to 5 star standard. Water is too cold in which is supposed to be thermal pool. Even the water temperature in the room's bathroom shower is barely hot. I guess the owners started saving on energy cost. Service deteriorated as well. When we asked how to get to the ski lift the receptionist told us to use the ski buss. The buss did not arrived and we came back to the hotel. It took pretty aggressive reminder that we expect 5 star service and they finally gave us the needed 5 minute ride with the hotel shuttle which was parked outside all this time. What really separates 5* hotel from 4* is little difference, which nevertheless very important for overall impression. For example all 4 dinners that we've been having there we were given German language menus. And every time we had to ask for English menu and wait 5-10 minutes until they bring one. Little thing? Maybe. But shows the attitude and level of service. As a verdict, i don't think we will ever come back.
