Some of the staff did not speak at all English. Or very bad English. For example the receptionist by our arrival was quite bad in giving information, she also said our room was on thr 4th floor, but there was only 2 floors in that building :D.

This is such a beautiful place, good prices as well. For sure coming back.

We were traveling back from Italy to Germany and we wanted to just have a break in Austria for one night, we were amazed from the location of the hotel between mountains and directly at the Bergbahn Station, top hotel, clean big confortable room for our family - 2 adults and 2 children - we decided next time to come back and stay longer.

Friendly staff , night check-in is ok. Very nice territory, charming interior and exterior design. Fast elevators, vending machines with snacks. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with coffee machine, fridge, lot of shelfs. Breakfast was really good - fresh juices, tasty coffee, big variety of food. Distance to the nearest ski slope was about 20-25 steps from our room) SPA was nice - big room for a big companies , high temperature and stunning view sauna, nice and hot outside swimming pool.

Staff wasn't very helpful not on the arrival nor during our check out communication. I have to ask 3 times for the invoice. I seems not too much air in lobby restaurant and sauna, I felt like I couldn't breath freely. Breakfast was ok, but dinner was regular and overpriced for that quality. I wan't go to this place during high season, because I wouldn't enjoy facilities as we did.

We were enjoying almost whole stay: first of all we enjoyed sauna and spa. It located on the roof of main building and has amazing view to the mountains. We set alone and saw how snow flakes are playing and falling down. Swimming in the open pool after - priceless. The whole hotel is well designed, in every detail you are enjoying interior design and decor.

I loved the hotel location. It is great place for anyone who wants to be first on the piste or have a break in the middle of the day. Pool and sauna were great features after all day skiing. Free parking at the property is a great value too.

We spent 4 nights in Tirol Lodge. Everything was amazing! The hotel staff was very welcoming. Rooms are very clean. Very good breakfast. Thank you for everything , it was unforgettable!

the reception staff were a bit rude

excellent location next to the bubble and opposite some good apres ski bars. the rooms were great with a comfortable bed and good shower. there was live music and a lovely fire so very cosy and there was an excellent waitress called Anna who was amazing and very welcoming and gave delivered excellent service. the outdoor spa was enjoyable although a bit cold

Food choices in bar could improve. Also we thought it would be nice to have spa treatments and a dedicated jacuzzi. The main issue is that the sauna is way too hot 🥵

The Tyrol lodge breakfast was expensive so we ate in the bar. Only croissants and cheese and meat rolls available

I would have liked to have had heaters/radiators in the rooms to dry gloves etc. also an outdoor hot tub to go alongside the pool would be amazing, not really dislikes but some additions :)

Very good staff and location for skiing/snowboarding, the hotel had nice food and great entertainment. Everything was on your doorstep, it's a pretty fantastic place :)

Outdoor swimming pool is amazing. The location is also exceptional, right beside two ski lifts. It's a true ski-in, ski-out hotel.

Food is not very good. The reception offers a quick breakfast, at a high price. In the piste-located Bar&Grill the food redicilously bad! Same cafeteria-quality as on the mountain. Not what’s expected in a resort of this quality. Breakfast-buffet is poor and uninspirreringly arranged, low selection and very expensive. skip it, or grab a croissant in the lobby. Could be such a treat! but completely misses the ball in this area. such a shame.

The location is second to none. Good athmosfere, friendly staff, nice beds, good view. great sauna and pool. Relaxing and low key enviroment.

There was no towel heater in the room, so all wet clothes and bathing suits was wet all the trip. Lack of restaurants around hotel.

*Pillows and beds were not that comfortable. *Bathrobe and slippers could be provided by default to each room free because it is essential to have these if you want to use pool and sauna. *Lobby is closed until 7.00 am, it was so funny that they locked the doors.

Everything was great, from the hotel rooms, to the pool and sauna, the facilities and convenience, and especially the location. Being able to ski in and out of the hotel was definitely a plus! Staff was also very friendly and attentive.

Some ski slopes were not groomed well in the afternoon. They were bumpy and not pleasant for skiing. Hotel's ski depot could be bigger.

Fantastic breakfasts with wide choice of meals. Nice location. Spacious underground parking. Helpful and organized staff. Outdoor pool with fabulous view to Alpes. Tasty bar food in the evening.

Small rooms , too many people in the single sauna

Position , staff, free covered parking It's the second time I stay with a group of friends . A bit expensive, but if u like the comfort to be just right the slopes it's worth it.
