The lack of an elevador and very small kitchen, although it is sufficient for a short stay.

The appartment is very nice, very nicely decorated and it has a good size for our family of six. The location is great, just a 15 minutes walk to the historic center.

Location, comfort, cleanliness. Great shower! The lockers are an excellent feature as we were on a very early morning flight & were able to leave our bags there until room ready & then could go out for the day without having to carry our luggage with us.

The separate duvet covers at bed are not convenient for couples sleeping together. May we should ask for this as is something easy to fix by hosts. The building has not good soundproofing as a result to hear the noise from ground floor apartment were a group of people was staying. But no noise from the road as the place is not in front of the main road.

The location was really good in a walking distance to the center of Salzburg. The apartment is really space full with all comforts. The kitchen function-able with utensils. Very convenient also the separate bathroom from toilet. The beds are comfortable and the bedroom in the sun side. The living room is nice for relaxing with cosy minimal decoration. There was a nice terrace were you can enjoy your coffee with view at the garden.

The couch was filthy, I wouldn’t sit on it. Everything else was pleasant.

It’s a very well laid out apartment with all you need for a short stay.

We requested for early check-in and as there was no reception we did not get a proper answer on time. As there were no breakfast options available, needed to go far away to find a good bakery or a restaurant to eat. During the weekend, buses do not run at regular intervals, and had to walk to the city in the very cold weather. Make sure to check the bus schedule if you do not want to miss it as the next bus will be in half an hour. I wouldn't say this place has easy access to the attractions. The apartment was on the first floor and no elevator was available if you carry heavy bags or strollers you have to carry them up. Other than these, we enjoyed the stay in the apartment. Please note in Austria, restaurants, and shops will be closed early on Saturdays and many of them will be closed on Sundays. So if you need food, you need to go to the city center.

Modern apartment. About 15-18 minutes walk to the old city. The beds were comfortable and very clean. The apartment was well heated and we did not feel cold at all.

Air conditioning instructions could have helped as it was not operatable. Plus a grill/oven for baking or toasting would have made me give the property 10/10.Trash bins outside the entrance were an eye-sore.The floor number is not mentioned during the booking and is troublesome for guests with multiple luggage items.Overall highly recommended and would definitely stay here on my next visit to Salzburg.

All amenities were excellent and outstanding. Cleanliness to digital check-in/check-out was excellent. Laundry room was a bonus. No complaints at all. Good value for money. Above expectation.

Loved the location and the ease of check-in/out. The team was quick to respond when we needed assistance and everything we needed was provided in the room. It was a great size for three adults and quite comfortable.

The floors were not clean and sofa. the beds and pillows were not really comfortable, but acceptable. The sofa were very old need to be replaced or fixed.

Electric windows and shades - it would be helpful to leave detailed instructions. Out shades opened every morning at 8am regardless of our programming. Please leave more ammenities for support: we had to buy toilet paper and there wasn’t any detergent for the dish washer.

The motorized windows and blinds were great until the blinds automatically opened at 7:15am each day. We could not figure out how to turn off or change the schedule.

Our apartment was a bit far off the beaten path considering we were there as tourists, but the river and most attractions were no more than a 10-15 minute walk away. We were not expecting any AC units but there were three which was great since it was warmer than usual during our stay. We also did not expect a washer or dryer and were pleased to find a 2-in-1 unit in the apartment (although the dryer function wasn't the best). The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with basics but we never cooked anything. The balcony was small but a perfect area for two of us to have some local pastries and coffee from Ratio just a few blocks away.

Could do with more pillows and some really nice furniture on the terrace, which was huge. The table in lounge/kitchen area was way too big. It could do with a smaller table and another sofa to make a comfortable seating area for 4 people. Outside of the apartments could do with a tidy up.

no air conditioning and quite hot in room until it cooled down at night, but they did have fan which helped quite a bit.

The bed was comfortable. It was nice they supplied coffee with cream and sugar enough for our entire stay. Washing machine available in building just downstairs (didn’t use as we had just started our trip).

It wasn’t the same room i saw when i booked. They gave me the highest level and i had two kids age 3 and 4. It wasn’t practical with kids and prams. Its not for families.

check in via messaging was very laborious and frustrating. lockers for left luggage didn’t work and when we replied to their message saying please contact us with any issues it was obviously AI responding so no help at all.

Neighborhood wasn’t safest feeling. AC in one room didn’t work and response was too slow to benefit us.
