I would've liked to have a toaster in the room. Being located on a very busy street if you like to open windows it is pretty noisy and the air is not that clean. The self check-in terminal had a Windows error at some moment, being completely unusable. Fortunately it didn't affect me, but I suppose is not much fun to try to check in at that moment.

Close to the highway from where you can go anywhere, close to Mur from where you can go to city center on the amazing bike path, huge elevator for bikers who like to keep their bike safe, big hotel parking 10m from the entrance, nice view from the windows looking straight to the sunrise, Quiet room, didn't hear the neighbours whatsoever. Perfect room temperature (which is extremely rare in Austria), althugh I didn't notice any system of heating/cooling in the room. Very strong water pressure, nice when you shower. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious rooms. Decent TV channels. Very good window phonic isolation given the traffic at the windows. Would definetely come back here.

The bed and pillow are not that comfortable(too soft and the pillow is hard or has neck pain). The room is kind of hot (in my feel and opinion). I can't open the windows for the whole night as it was a bit chill outside when we stayed at the accommodation. It was a bit hot and felt suffocated by closing the windows the whole night. Would be great to have AC for the visitors during summertime. And need a bit firm and comfy bed + pillow.

Since I traveled by car, there is good open parking space for free. The contactless check-in experience is great. It is easy and fast. There is one Italian restaurant within the building(I haven't tried). Bus station nearby (to access the city center). 24 hour bistrobox available just 2 mins walk for snacks/drinks. Just 5/7 mins drive from the motorway.

No supermarket close, 2 bus stations. Internet was very slow one day, but the next day was ok, so maybe it was some temporary issues.

Comfortable room, free parking. On the other side of the road bus stop, around 30-40 minutes to the center.

Good apartment at the entrance of Graz. Apartman is located near highway access, somewhere on border of Graz in intustrial part. It's easy to find and access from highway. 15min to city center by car. Parking is behind building where is also entrance for apartments. Parking is included in price which is good. Check-In is done on automatic machine where you need to pay by card (no cash) to get your room access card, you need to enter your booking number and fill some info and in few minutes you get your door access cards. Apartments are on second floor accessed by elevator. Check-Out is until 10:00 and you just put cards in post box on left of machine you used for Check-In. Room is good size, clean, high ceiling. There is 3 capsules for nesspresso coffee machine and 2 tea bags. Water heater needs calk cleaning (water spout net/filter was clogged and we needed to clean it) but it served purpose. There is no sugar or creamer which was minus for us. Apartment have fridge but we would expect welcome water bottle in it so please consider adding it like other hosts for future guests. Bathroom is big enough with towel heater and hair dryer, some universal bottle soap and body wash. There is no air conditioner in apartment so it can be challenging during summer but now in April it wasn't a problem. Apartment have central heating in room and in bathroom. Near apartment is very good bakery, 2min walk with good pastry choices, coffee, dairy and soft beverages. Bakery have parking lot in front so you can have breakfast there after check-out. Overall good for short stay. 9/10

It was directly next to the street and therefore a bit loud, but during the weekend there weren't that many cars anyways WiFi was very slow.

Nice little apartment, has everything you need. Little kitchen, good kitchen equipment. Check in worked just fine.

Vending machine will be great, when you arrive late. Yet there is a kiosk with some basic drinks and food across the street.

Value for money, close to motorway, parking at the property, large room with with kitchen facilities, suitable for a longer stay (not my case)

Very nice, comfortable and clean rooms. A fantastic place to stop on a further route, for example to Italy or Croatia. The rooms are equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave and coffee machine. Close to the highway, on the ground floor in the same building there is a Pizzeria Mirano with a delicious menu, and a bit further there is a bakery perfect for breakfast. I highly recommend! Self 24h check in. We will definitely come back.
