The young Receptionist guy was not very friendly! Check out already at 10 am. Breakfast only until 10 am on weekends. Pool only opened at 7.45 am. Difficult to get to the room of "Superiors" with steps and long passages to get the actual lift. Save had to be repaired.

Excellent Breakfast and Dinner! Very friendly and helpful manager of the Restaurant who gave us the table we really liked and very pleasant staff in the Restaurant. Lovely Swimming pool with great showers and all very clean facilities , very central location.

Large groups of noisy travellers being raucous in the dining room. I sympathised with the hotel staff but felt they were a bit out of their depth dealing with them. Dinner was reasonable but have had much better in other Austrian ski hotels.

The rules in the wellness weren’t strictly followed by everyone and I mentioned it at the reception, but they weren’t really eager to help or change it. People in the wellness with bathing suits and swimming trunks, even when it was mentioned that it wasn’t allowed.

Despite a slight dissatisfaction at the beginning of our accommodation, everything was resolved and turned into a great experience of the stay. Mrs. Buket is just very nice and she will make everything perfect. She is the sun of the hotel. Beautiful swimming pool in which I enjoyed always from 8h before breakfast and perfect wellness open from 15h to 20h with various saunas, to which I went after skiing. These two facilities and the ski room always lifted my mood. We had half board, the staff in the restaurant and kitchen was very helpful .... the food was beyond our expectations including a great breakfast buffet. The staff of the hotel and restaurant try very hard and greet you with a smile. We will definitely come back next time.

Bit noisy at night but only because of main road and church. Would have been nice to have some option for simple bar food, as main evening menu quite expensive if not doing half board.

Good comfortable bed & clean warm rooms, great showers, lovely breakfast. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Pool & spa were excellent & it was really useful to have ski storage at the hotel.

I am very sorry to give a low evaluation to the staff, but this is due to the breakfast/restaurant team. Unpolite, harsh and overall not fit to handle people kindly. The breakfast staff was a complete disaster. My German wasn't that good but I know other 4 languages and even so, communication was awful: they don't even try to understand you. I felt insulted honestly. I would have complained more if it wasn't for the great work from the reception. The receptionist was so kind with us, such an angel, and the other person around the hotel didn't give us any trouble. Facilities are overall good but the pool could be a little less cold and they could extend its opening hours at least a couple hours. We hated the pillows but hey, that's standard in Austria so no complaint to the hotel. Be careful if you have sports/supercars: low vehicles will have a hard time with the parking.

The position, the reception staff and the rooms were absolutely great. Rooms aren't that modern or luxurious but appearance may fool you: rooms are well organized (the regulars are practically a suite with balcony and living room with sofa) and very clean. Cleanliness was exceptional. The price was amazing. Overall great experience.

- bad communication & intransparent costs. We were told to park in the garage but nobody ever mentioned a word about the costs. They charged us 40€ for the parking in the end. If we would have knew in the beginning we would not have parked there! - unfriendly staff at reception - older room/ equipment

The staff were enjoying themselves. Chargeable garage for the motorcycle. Big breakfast with a happy chef to cook fresh omlettes and eggs as required. Nice central location.

Mattress could have been thicker and softer, I had trouble cooling the room down at night as there was no thermostat in our particular room. Traffic noise and church bells (6am every morning) may affect your sleep though not the hotels fault.

Friendly and helpful staff, in particular the bar staff, Elle and Agi from Latvia. The Spa and swimming pool were really nice at the end of a full on day skiing too. The hotel was well run and the room was very spacious. I would definitely stay again based on my weeks stay in April 2023.

The room are simply WAY to hot! It was so dry that we both had nose bleeds in the morning ... (it's great to make your gear dry, but ...) It was a very disturbing detail that is an easy fix if you ask me.

Location, staff, breakfast, pool & Sauna are great. The ski room is clean and well thought.
