The room, that we had, would be ok for 2 persons. For 3 adults it was not so comfortable. We miss washing machine (shared would be fine). The boxes for ski and ski schoes were not heating all the night, So in the morning shoes were still wet, we had to dry them at the heating in the room.

The accessibility is good, Parking area is fine, short way to skibuss stop. Friendly and open approach from the owner. Well equiped apartament. Table soccer for free in the hall. Free and fast internet connection. Close to the ski running tracks.

It would be nice to provide paper towels in the kitchen. Additional pillows may help sleeping better.

There is a supermarket within 5-min walking distance. The supermarket opens early in the morning but close at 6 pm. The housekeeper works very hard to maintain the garden so that we can enjoy dinner outdoor. Housekeeper is very friendly. The room was clean and equips with kitchen so that we can prepare meal easily. The neighbor was very quiet and pleasant to stay.

Excellent place. Apartment was clean and well equipped. A bit noisy inside as the building is situated by the busy road. Family friendly area. BBQ spot. Lots of parking space. Highly recommend!

The apartment for 8 people has the windows located to the main road so if you have open window in the morning it gets very loud.

Apartment for 8 people have 2 bathrooms which is nice. There is also grill available for the guests with nearby outdoor seating. Owner is very nice and willing to help with any problem you have.

Dark shades in the bed rooms would have been nice. There was plenty of light at 06:0 AM since the shades are not dark. I think it is a common problem in Austria...

Very nice place at Gosau. The apartment is very good, the bed are comfortable and it was clean. The host was easy to communicate and responsive. The kids enjoyed the small playground

Loved everything about our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Hotel is beautifully situated with amazing views and a grocery store in walking distance. The host, Eugene was cheerful and caring, always inquiring about whether we needed anything. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The grounds have several idlyic seating arrangements, a play area for kids and barbeque facilities. It was an amazing and memorable stay.

The accomodation was very well-equipped and immaculately clean. The location is at the corner of the village so it was nicely remote, but bus stop is right in front of the building, so easy to get around.

I liked everything during my stay in the apartment.

Der Ulmenhof was excellent regarding the spot location, because it was in the middle of Gosausee and Hallstatt. The room was pretty spacious, and fully equipped. The biggest plus was the shady playground!

I missed possibility to use washing machine. In other accomodations in past there was possibility to use shared washing machine for free. When you left opened window for night, the sound from the main street is disturbing.

I like location, very close to shop, close to skibus stop. Clean room and well quiped kitchen. Nice and helpful stuff. There is table soccer for free in shared hall space. Close to track for ski running.
