Our stay at the hotel was excellent! We were thoroughly pleased with the meals offered, which provided a great variety and included healthy options. The SPA and resting area were particularly enjoyable, offering a serene environment for relaxation. It's also a wonderful place to visit with kids, as there are plenty of amenities to keep them entertained. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

Our room wasn’t really clean at checkin. Especially the shower. The staff fixed this however as soon as we complained. Our room was in a house that was only accessible from outside, this was a small discomfort especially when going to the wellness area. Parking space is limited and costs 8€ (outside) and 16€ (garage), there are also free spaces just down the hill.

Resort like hotel in Fieberbrunn, not so far away from the lifts. We had a private sauna for the rooms on the same floor. Ski depot at the lift is also useful. The wellness area was amazing. I can recommend the Halbpension, great food for breakfast and dinner. Mixture of local dishes and diverse cuisines. Our waitress was so nice which made the whole experience so delightful!

Amazing new hotel with nice rooms, spa area & pool. High recommend to take Breakfast + Dinner, everything was very delicious. A lot of young people were in the hotel, what in Austria is seldom :) We had fabulous time.

The Spa facilities are beautiful, but quite crowded on weekends and the afternoons. We figured out that coming around lunch time or dinner time is best. Besides this tiny inconvenience, this place is a gem!

We came here very spontaneously and were absolutely blown away by this beautiful hotel! Even though it’s a very big resort, we felt very private and well taken care of. the service team at Vaya does an outstanding job, I’ve never seen such a well organized place. Our room was literally perfect and all the materials feel very modern and high quality. Especially the breakfast buffet is simply amazing and offers literally everything.

You have to book massage and dinner long ahead your stay! It is not possible to get any additional services on spot, everything is fully booked! Most of the reception staff is absolutely not professional.

Very beautiful hotel with a stylish interior. we had a one bedroom apartment, and it had everything you need to live. beautiful and useful kitchen, pretty comfortable and big enough rooms. and of course the view was amazing. Breakfast was very good with a plenty of choices. Fish and cheese were amazing. at the evening we had an opportunity to visit a concert, that was really nice. we will certainly come again

We were disappointed by the way we were greeted. We arrived at 12:30 to an empty hotel after a long journey where we had been up since 3am and travelling with two young children. The weather was nice so everyone was clearly out on the slopes. We were told that our room would be available at 4pm. We asked if we could use the pool and spa area but were told not till 4pm! There was absolutely no one around, so I was extremely disappointed of the lack of willingness to make us feel welcome. I informed the girl at the checkin that we were going to check out at 7am on our last day so could we maybe use the pool now instead of on our last day but there was absolutely no trying to help us out. So we had to kill 3.5 hours hanging around in the area. I would have expected much more for a hotel this level and this is miles from what we are used to when we travel. Also, our penthouse apartment did not come with half board. On Booking.com it had said that breakfast and dinner was available at a fee, but when checking it we were told that the restaurant was full all week so we would not be able to eat at the hotel! Again, this was shocking and extremely inconvenient, especially as we realised that a lot of the good restaurants nearby were only open some of the days in the week. And with young children that need to be in bed early, you don't want to have to leave the hotel every evening to eat. After two days of cooking in our apartment I went and complained. Thankfully I spoke to someone sensible who understood my concerns and he was able to make a table available to us with half board for the rest of the week. So that ended well, but the whole experience had caused a lot frustration, which is not what you are looking for and considering the price we had paid. A cleaning fee of 149 Euros was added to our bill at the end of the stay. This was nowhere clearly stated at the time of booking. It only mentioned extra costs of tourist tax would be added.

The room was very nice, and the half board we ended up buying was also very good, especially the dinner. Although mostly buffet style the quality of the buffet was very good. I don't normally like buffets, but this was excellent. Good location, about 10 minutes walk to the ski lifts, where lockers for the skis and boots were available. This made it very easy.

I didn’t like to pay extra for parking outside. Inside no parking places available so make outside for free then. Buffet area was a bit small for the number of people.

Excellent location, food, relaxing facilities. I am not visiting the hotel for the first time and I would go again.

We had buffet for dinner twice (bbq and traditional food). Sadly there were not so many nice vegetarian options - but appetizers and dessert were enough anyways. And considering COVID safety I didn’t feel super comfortable as I didn’t see anyone keeping distance or using disinfectant at the buffet.
