Really nice place, close to the city centre and walking route. Parking in garage was close, just around the corner. Apartment is really spacious with two big rooms. Kids loved double decker bed :)

I would say it could be cleaner, I saw hair on the bed. There is no tea, so if you only 1 night there, need to buy. The mattress is very thin, but again, for 1 night and this price it was more than OK.

Free parking next to apartment (there is detail instruction how to get there), easy check in, location (there is supermarket 3 min walk), big apartment for us (3 people), a lot of dishes There is 2 rooms, but 2nd one less comfortable, but was great entertainment for toddler, to get up and down.

The upper double bed was not stable. The last 2 stairs were shaking and When kids went up, whole bed was on a side and making weird sounds. So we rather moved 2 persons on the sofa. I would definitelly recommend to fix that or change that bed.

Bit far from the city centre, one bed was not very comfortable (the one in the smaller bedroom).

Two seperate rooms, big shower with good water pressure, Electronic lock with a code, great communication with the host, dishwasher, sitting area, clean bathroom, spacious rooms, WiFi QR code just to scan, free parking in the garage close by.

Its a bit funny but maybe you should add a comment about how to lock the apartment cause there was a password lock outside the apartment and there is a button to lock when you are inside. But when you leaving the house you have to press the button from inside and fast get out and close the door. I don't know if there is other way but we did it like this and was fine!

Easy check in and parking area. Also the beds were comfortable! Also there was plenty of coffee to make. Also the location wasn't far enough from the center. About 15 by foot.

Perfect location, just a 15 min walk to city center. Short 5 min walk to huge park (Augarten), with lots of children friendly facilities. Citypark shopping mall, also in 5 min walking distance. The apartment was the cleanest one I have ever been to. I easily let two toddlers to crawl all around the place. Perfect place for families.

We had a small missunderstanding concerning the entrance code at the beginning, but it was immediately solved by the owner - thus it actually is more a positive than a shortcoming.

Provided parking is a bit away. Did not use it because we found a free spot on the street and only stayed for the night. Pillows a bit too soft.

Kids liked colored LED lights and big bunk bed with stairs and rails. Had Netflix. Clear self checkin instructions.

We had a bit of trouble finding the instruction to reach the parking garage, but after a quick call with the host everything sorted out smoothly.

The room has all the facilities a family needs for a short stay. The location is very good and the parking is in an excellent underground garage nearby. The bunk beds in the bedroom are an awesome choice for families with kids such as ourselves.

The house is located in the middle of other houses, so the view from windows is only to another buildings. Was unpleasant smell in bathroom.

Perfect place to stay in Graz. Close to the city centre, free parking place. Apartment is lovely and offers much more than we expected, hosts very nice and easy to contact. Well equipped kitchen (we actually didn't use it because we stayed just for one night but we appreciate it!). Nicely designed interior.
