Beautiful ambience, extremely clean, fantastic receptionists. Convenient elevator, every door has a code or lock. Cute courtyard and free coffee and tea.

He provided detailed information about the hostel and shared insightful suggestions and a glimpse into his own experiences, which added a personal touch to the check-in process. Moreover, Vic graciously accommodated a special request of mine, demonstrating a genuine commitment to ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ambience of the hostel is simply perfect. Seamlessly blending the charm of the Victorian Era with modern amenities, the space offers a unique and inviting atmosphere. Every corner is thoughtfully curated to evoke a sense of tranquillity and comfort, making it an ideal retreat for travellers seeking solace amidst their journeys. One of the standout features of Vienna Boutique Hostel is its prime location. It is conveniently located and allows easy access to various attractions and amenities, enhancing the overall convenience of the stay. Additionally, despite the language barrier with the housekeeper, their friendliness and dedication to maintaining the hostel's cleanliness were evident, contributing to a pleasant environment. The place was pretty quiet when I was there, the bed was soft and clean, sockets close to every bed, and locking shelves also was really helpful. Nice place to stay if you traveling for a short time

If I have to be picky, the toilet seat design that makes it hard to poop.

The cosines of the interior and clean carpets on the flor that are preserved clean by guests taking their shoes off at the entrance - shows the care and makes you comfortable enough to walk around in your socks. Rooms and beds are spacious, warm and well built. Toilets are great and spacious also! Cafe and breakfast area is great in the morning with free good quality coffee and tall windows with a nice view. The location is superb - in a great area and close to transport services.

Super comfortable and clean, with a proper heating system. The bunk beds have a lot of space, with curtains that give some privacy even in a shared room. Helpful and friendly staff that solves questions in a timely manner. Free coffee available. Accessible from Innere Stadt with public transportation.

It was super clean, comfortable, quiet. Facilities were great, it honestly felt like a hotel. Staff were all so friendly and were helpful in giving recommendations for things to see/restaurants etc. The location of the hostel was superb, away from the hustle bustle of the big city but still very easily connected by tram (about 15 min). The neighbourhood was trendy and quirky, would definitely recommend.

The only downsides were a broken shower head in one of bathrooms and a common hand towel that hung dirty for a couple of days. It was really sad there was no stove as I prefer cooking for myself.

Awesome spot! Beds are like sleeping on clouds, rooms have major style, and the location is spot-on. Plus, the vibes are top-notch – felt right at home!

The room and especially the toilet were very clean. It was a very comfortable stay and I felt safe as a female traveller thanks to the availability of a female-only room. The owners of the hostel were very nice as well.

Good location, close to U6 Burggasse-Stadthalle. Very clean with multiple lockers inside and outside the dorm. Dishes will be cleaned by staff. Free coffee around the clock. Beds have curtains to provide privacy, a small shelf for items, and a power socket.

The windows only had thin curtains and I wish they’d also install thicker ones especially for the women’s only rooms.

It felt like a hotel at times because of the carpeted floors and the design of the furniture.

It is a bit expensive but you get great service for the price. Shoes must be taken off, but this is for the sake of cleanliness. The location is approx. 30 minutes from the city center by foot, however public transit can help to get there faster.

The location is very calm, close to public transit and a few stores or coffee shops. I was shown around the hostel by the staff when I checked-in. I have rarely seen such a clean and qualitative hostel. The bed is comfortable and the curtains offer good privacy.

Pillows were not very supportive Breakfast was not sufficient, not much to choose from Towels are too small, I had to change mine every night Lockers were too small. I had to plan my routes walking between separate rooms when waking up and locking up for the night which made things unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient Location is outside the city centre, but that’s not a problem since Vienna’s public transit system is so efficient Some roommates had their quirks, but that’s par for the course at any hostel

I never thought there could be such thing as a boutique hostel, but alas, there is and I found it. From the moment you step inside the property, the finishings and decor speak of a more luxurious style rather than a bare bones minimum. Staff is friendly and helpful Bathrooms are kept clean as a whistle as is the rest of the property

Clear and fast check-in and and kind introduction from the stuff. The room is spotless and the bed is super cozy! It's the best hostel that I've ever stayed in. The hostel is located at a quiet block and have easy access to public transportation.
