This wonderful apartment surpassed all my expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted with comfort and convenience. Impeccably furnished and equipped with all essentials, it provided a serene retreat from city life. Accessibility was a highlight, easily reachable by car and with great public transport access. Reserved parking was a bonus, arranged hassle-free. Check-in, even late at night, was seamless, and every detail was meticulously thought out for a delightful experience. Janik, the host, was incredibly accommodating and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a memorable experience.

Very nice place, clean and comfortable. First time when I can find everything in the kitchen. Easy to access local transport (few meters away from the building). Parking place available near to the building in an underground garage.

The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Also very modern and stylish. I highly recommend it!! It isclose to the tram 49 that takes you to the center and metro line.

Everything was perfect. This place is not just apartment where to stay in , it’s a piece of art. It’s masterpiece! Have no words to describe what a delightful experience we have in this apartment. The kitchen is better than mine at home - it has everything and more - even a fresh making machine. It has dishwasher, washing machine and dryer machine. Every room has different art portraits on the wall and an enormous book collection from every genre. The apartment is 2 stops away from Schonbrun with metro and the tramway stop is in 1 minutes walking by foot. The free private garage in 250 meters is just the top of the cake. Wonderful !

Main door did not open as advertised. We got stuck on the pavement, trying to get in touch with someone in the middle of the night. Eventually we got access to the spare keys but this was a bit of a hassle after travelling more than 24 hours from New Zealand. It would have helped to get a clear line of communication before we arrived. Secondly, the bed is too narrow for 2 people.

Location, decor, safe FREE parking, facilities. We felt immediate right at home, very cozy apartment. Parking in Vienna is a genuine nightmare but this apartment provides free underground parking a very short walk away.

There was an issue with the hallway door on the floor level. We weren't able to open the door without the key and the key was waiting for us in the apartment. We were lucky with some neighbors but they told us the issue with the door is known. In the first night we had issues with the heater, as it was not working at all. We managed to restart it with the help of the host but it took a while and it was quite cold in the apartment at first.

The apartment is a good size for groups of 2-4 people looking for a short stay in Vienna. The host was very friendly and helpful. We also had access to a private parking (at additional daily cost) that was gated and right across the street from the apartment. The kitchen was large and well equipped with dishes, utensils, and everything we needed. We were able to cook on a daily basis with only having to buy the ingredients. There is a large bathroom equipped with a bathtub. The toilet is separate, which was nice and overall cleaner. The hallway is large and has a large wardrobe fitting of 4 winter jackets. Each room had large TVs and comfortable beds. The dining room is in the living room, which also doubles as a bedroom at night. The TV in the living room is the one advertised and does have Netflix and other streaming apps.

We have been travelling a lot as a family and we have to say that there was no single thing we disliked about this accommodation. It fitted the needs of our family at that stage of travelling.

The property was very spacious with everything a family could require during a stay in this wonderful city. The whole experience from the prompt communication by the host to the check out was excellent. All our enquires were dealt with in a professional and quick manner. The property is in a very good location, though outside the main centre, with easy access within metres away to excellent and reliable public transport. The internet and the outdoor space was excellent. The accommodation had every little detail thought of with clever decoration / space used and facilities. Local stores as well as restaurants were available within metres from the property. Overall a very positive experience and highly recommended! We will definitely visit again!
