The instructions were well clear and it was an easy access to the property. Host was responsive to all the questions we had. The place was clear. It was better than the pictures. It was close to metro stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. I would recommend this for anyone who is visiting Vienna.

The appartement is at the ground floor and facing main street so we could not have windows open during night - it was bit noisy but that is the only negative I can say abotu our stay.

The appartment is very conveniently located - just 5 metro stations from downtown and it is 2 mins from nearest metro station. Several grocery shops within 5 min walking distance. Great restaurants around too. A park just around the corner. The appartment had all the equipment we needed for a comfortable stay. Is spacious enough. We stayed 4 nights at the end of October and will return for sure. The owner was regularly checking over email if we are doing OK and if we need anything for our comfort at their property.

The property is an excellent location to travel with kids as the metro is just opposite the property and there is a lift which takes you down to the train platform

All communications with the owner is done via their NON-BOOKING.com app and mail address, so whatever preferences and other options the guest has reserved on the booking.com app or website - does not count. The owner sends emails and you should respond to these emails and write what additional accessories you want to use. So basically you should re-done your reservation by email correspondence....Booking app will not help you...
