The house was large spacious and clean. The entrance and interior of building are clean, well-maintained end feel safe. Elevator available. Staff can be easily reached by phone or email. They responds quickly to messages. They are helpful and solution oriented. The beds are comfortable, medium firm. 5-10 minutes away from city center(Innere Stadt) by metro or tram. It takes about half an hour by metro from the hotel to the airport. There is metro station very close , 100 m away. Wifi internet was fast and smooth. Kitchen accessories are enough to basic meals.

The accommodation is very well located about 10 minutes by car from the vital areas. The flat is spacious and modern very well equipped. The staff Nina was very helpful and supportive. She shared the whole self check in access via email to ease your life. I did leave in this accommodation twice within two weeks and would love to come back again.

It was all good

Huge bright, comfortable apartment. It had everything you need. The self check in was very easy. The staff very friendly. Metro five minute walk. 25minute walk along the canal to the centre. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Depending on the apartment position, if it is facing the street, some noise might make it into the room. The garage is "elevator" type and has some limitations regarding the car dimensions. If it does not fit there is a good public parking 5 minutes walk away.

Great stay at Vienna Grand Apartments City. The apartment is very big, clean and fully equipped. A good impression is made also by the building itself - very bright and clean. Although not in the city center, there is a tram station in the close vicinity. A special not to the staff who was patient enough to stay with us and try to see if the car fits in the garage,

İtalya was my first time in Vienna and the apartment is not close to first Vienna. Though we got there by taxi and the price was about 10 11 euros.

The apartment was very clean and we had ne problem with entrance leaving. When we had an issue about heating, the host was very helpful in solving our problem.

The apartment is located on 5-10 minutes of walk from center of the city. There is a bakery on the street level of the building.

If you want to go to the centre by walking, it’s not very close (30-40 min walk). Not much restaurants in the area, so we had dinner around the centre. There is no cleaning the room every day, maybe once in three days, which can be improved.

it’s new, fully equipped for a short and long stay. There are supermarkets nearby, metro station to the centre also in a 2-3 min walk. Air conditioned.

Located next to few shops and easy to provide breakfast options. 20 min walk to downtown.

The main light in the bedrooms was very dim and not sure why the dishwasher and washing machine detergents were being rationed - it is not something you expect to have to buy on a holiday and it is hard to get small quantities at the supermarket

The location was good - being quieter urban which suited us - but very easy to get around with the trains and trams The bakery 2 doors up - was excellent and we definitely used the restaurant and supermarket guidance. We even found an Irish pub not far away Overall I would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends and family
