On the apartment is capsule coffee machine, but without capsules. If I knew that, I'd buy some capsules:)

Everhing was fine. Bedroom was spacious. In the kitchen was everything what you needed (microwave, dishwasher, hop, fridge and some cutlery). Balcony is orientated into inner block and bedroom into very quiet one way road. Communication with accommodation provider was quick. Transport connection via public transport are also fine. 2 mins away from the apartment are numerous stops. Subway is 10 mins by tram away from the apartment.

The apartment is really amazing. On little thing that could be improved is that the big window doesn't have a curtain.

The code was not sent to me ahead of time so i had to call the property for the code to my room. I even informed them that i was going to check in early. I have an international number so it was a very expensive call. It was also difficult to get into the room because I didn’t know how to work the locks with the password. Instructions sent to me by email ahead of time would’ve been great! I also saw other guests struggle and i had to explain it to them.

It was really comfortable and quiet. Fun to have such place to ourselves.

We booked a room with a balcony, but unfortunately it was not fulfilled. There is no point in having a hotplate if there are no cookware available.

A little further from downtown, but with good traffic. Full renovated, extremly clean, spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. We had a good time here.

One bed was broken and not connected to the head of the bed so it was leaning on one side when sitting/laying. On the balcony there was some bird poop on the furniture.

Instructions for entering the apartment were very bad, had to call at midnight for instructions.

As said the flat is new renovated, so you can still find the dust around. Many plag on the floor are not working. In the kitchen you can find plate and dishes (not enough for all) and the kitchen tools are all missing (i.e. colander, large knife, wooden spoon, corkscrew, tablecloth, grater, ...). The heating system is not adjustable, so you have constantly 23-24° C, way to much. The shower, as said are nice, but shower drain were dirty and water went out, you need to put a towel to block the water. The host sent me a message with the key and gave me wrong info about the parking ("you can park on the street") and so I got a ticket, all the area is short time parking zone and you need a timeticket (no ticket machine on the side of the street, only app). You need to park in the park house (not far from the flat). After that the host never answer to my message, execpt calling me after we live to state that we stole a lamp!! Not very kind, bed lamps were missing on the ground floor, as we step in.

The apartment is brand new. Very nice and confortable. You have a nice kitchen a dining room and in the underground floor a 3 beds room. Two bathroom with wonderful shower. The neighborhood is ok, the flat is at the gournd floor and in front of a meeting point and islamic mini restaurant, so it is a little bit noise. But windows have a good isolation. The street is a secondary street and there is less traffic. In 10 minutes walk you can get to the metro. And in 1 minute you can get to a tram. Very easy to reach and move to the city center.

The host was not responsive and sent the check in code for the door at 2am the day after Check-In. Additionally, the host persistently attempted to collect a 100 euro damages fee for an unfair claim, which booking.com reviewed and dismissed. This unprofessional behavior was disappointing.

The location of the property is convenient.
