Room was nice, but blackout curtain didn't cover the full wall (I guess it takes not big effort to adjust the width), but said to say there was not dark in the room. Staff in reception and in the bar was a little bit restrained (in Champions bar they were cheerfull and friendly)

Location of the hotel is very good. Hotel itself is huge big lobby, lounge, caffe, bar, restaurant. Food was very nice - both breakfast, lunch at the lounge and dinner at champions barb.

staff were very friendly from the porter to the receptionist , even room service staff .. The facility of the hotel is good and the size of the room is fair .

Location, service, facilities.

Excellent location right opposite to the Stadt Park. Very close to great restaurant, and 10min walks from State Opera House and other key spots.

Room was very clean, modern and we had a great view. The hotel is in the perfect location for the old town. The selection at breakfast was good and the fizz was welcome... service was good and tables kept clean.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. Impressive architecture of a well managed hotel in the centre of Vienna with taxis and Hop on Hop off tourist bus right outside the door….a beautiful park across the road….what is there not to like? BUT maybe a few more vegan options on the dinner menu would be welcome. The breakfast buffet was adequate for vegans and vegetarians.

Every thing went well ! Loved the lay out of the Lobby and Garten Cafe. The room was super clean and robes and slippers very welcome as was a window that opened ! Food in both restaurants excellent.

Upon arrival they asked for my credit card. They reserve the amount not only for the room, for the whole period, but additionally 50% on top. Of course after check out they charged us only for the room. And the amount on top were released. But this on top amount means that hotel is reserving my money for nothing and i cannot use them for anything else.

Hotel is excellent, super location, restaurant for football fans with very good food.

Our room was not ready as late as 4:30 pm, we had to queue for the breakfast during the weekend, too high toilet bowl, no pillow choices, water of the indoor pool was quite cold

About payments: I paid my stay in full at check in, including the %50 precautionary extra charge. However, I was charged a second time around 1850€ more on my 2nd night at 2.42 a.m. When I asked why this happened, the staff told me it was a mistake on the system and they didn’t know why that happened. They were able to refund the amount but it took an hour and they couldn’t confirm that wouldn’t happen again. Therefore I had to ask for my card to be removed from their system. Cleaning: I was able to check in the room early around 11.30 a.m. but there were nails in the bed, it wasn’t clean. I stayed there for 7 nights and had housekeeping service everyday. My sheets and towels were never renewed during my stay. I asked specifically for my towels and bed sheets to be changed on my 5th night. When I came back in the room was tidy but again towels and sheets were not changed. (I knew because there was a stain on my bathrobe).
