It rarely hapenned to me to stay somewhere where I felt so unwelcome as here. The apartment has serious cleanliness issues: I am not very exigent, but this time I have no guarantee that the towels and bed linen have been changed or simply lightly washed. Cleaning was very superficial: I think only the table and the floor were cleaned some time ago, everything else was covered with a lot of dust. Before check-in I received numerous messages via Booking, in a mixture of German and English; the check-in directions came in German: it was the first time I made a Booking reservation using the self check-in sistem and the local language directions were not duplicated by English. It is bad, because if you are for the first time in Viena it creates you the feeling of an unfriendly village, which is not true. Despite the positive sides of this accommodation place, I do not recommend.

Nice location, spatious apartment, easy access inside (if you understand German). The apartment has a terrace and is very quiet.

The neighbourhood did not feel comfortable to walk alone late at night. No problem during the day.

The apartment (top 1, nr 1) is very close to all means of transport, which made its location very convenient to reach the city centre easily. Both the entrance of the apartment and of the building are password protected. The entrance of the building has a camera on the inside. The apartment looks renovated and was accessible by elevator. It was very cozy and clean and had a TV connected to the internet. It also had its own wifi router. We had warm water at all times and the water pressure in the shower was very good.

The apartments themselves are quite tired and need at least some cosmetic renovation. The TV did not work - the antenna was torn out and could not be fixed using improvised means. In the refrigerator some liquid was collecting on the shelves. I didn’t like the quarter itself - it’s very dirty, especially near the metro, suspicious types are trying to sell you burnt devices, there are a lot of beggars.

The building is good, the room is small, warm, there are heaters, good water pressure in the shower. There are enough utensils to cook food, which can be bought at the store in the next building. Instructions for access to the apartments were sent in messages on the booking account. Nearby metro station.

I guess since we booked it on the same day we were to arrive to Vienna, it was not prepared well. The lights were out in the kitchen, storage room and entry way. The beds had very flat pillows. Also, around the third day, there was some foul smell coming from the bathroom even though it was clean and the trash was empty.

Pull out sofa bed was worn-out and big gaps on joint, two people slept very uncomfortably . If there was some hand soap and shampoo would have been great.

Lots of restaurants around the apartment, 3 stop subway to centre, food around there was very reasonable to eat out everyday.

The entry door to the building was broken and did not close. There was no key, therefore anyone who knew the code could enter the apartment, which was very uncomfortable. Some chandeliers were falling. We missed more toilet paper and garbage bags.

The mattresses were good. The water was always warm, and the apartment had a nice heating. The subway was 3 min walking distance and goes right to the city center. Nice access to wifi. They allowed late check-out.

During our 10day stay, almost every day the hot water was turned off for most of the day. After the first 2days without water,i wrote to the host and it was restored quickly. The next day these problems continued and i wrote to the host and every time it was restored. In some days we didn't bother to write, becouse it was on and off every single day, mostly off. There is no mop and after 10 days this is a real problem.

Good location, on the U1 line, gives insight to exotic part of Vienna, as mainly immigrants live here, but really positive experience, including great fruit/veggie market in parallel street. Nearby garage is good and has ok prices. Accomodation is fine, beautiful terrace, good bed in the bedroom. A lot of cafés and restaurants nearby.

The apartment itself is not cozy and looks dirty. In fact, only the walls are dirty - just wash them, hang 2-3 pictures, put a carpet on the floor and it would be nice and cozy. No bedside lamps, one lamp per room. No coffee machine.

Spacious and bright apartment, very well located - many restaurants, bars and grocery stores nearby. There is a daily fruit and vegetable market on the street next door. Very good connection to the city center. To the southern station - 15 minutes on foot.

Unfortunately, the apartment is dirty. Blinds on the windows, walls, curtains in the bathroom - all this needs cleaning. In general, the whole apartment needs a large-scale general cleaning. Unfortunately, this apartment is not worth such money.
