The check-out time was quite early for us (10:00), but it wasn't such a big inconvenience.

Perfect location - tram stop is right to the building. Underground secure parking with assigned place (extra fee, but worth it). The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, it has an ingenious balcony - perfect for smokers. The hosts left many brochures about the city and a map of Vienna.

The apartment instantly felt like home, and the balcony is an outstanding addition. Magazines, maps, guides and even some kids' toys were ready in the living room cabinet, which shows extra care from the hosts.

We had a wonderful stay here! Olivia and Mariano were extremely responsive and helpful, and the apartment was bright, spacious and very clean, and had everything we needed. Connections to the city centre were convenient and easy, and we loved the bakery in the same building and the grocery stores close to the apartment. Thank you for making our trip to Vienna so special - we would stay here again in a heartbeat 😊

CLEAN! First impression is how super clean everything was. Location was perfect for us, as we had something to do in Alser Strasse, but overall it was not far from center as it has perfect connection. WI fi was great, garage at the spot. Staff was super helpful and quick to respond to any message.

Everything was beyond perfect! This place is just as in the photos. It is steps away from a tram stop. You have everything literally meters away. I recommend the place to everyone! It would definitely make your stay at Vienna the best!

Is near main road so sometime ambulance, car, people talking can be hear in the room. Is not a big issue for me however if you are very sensitive to noise it may disturb you.

The house is big, nice living room area, kitchen is complete and functional. Location is good with grocery store within 100-200meter. Tram station is just 100meter away.

Everything was OK

The apartment is excellent for a few days' stay. It had all we needed, including a high-speed WIFI. The underground parking lot was handy (it is not free). A few good restaurants and stradal food are very close. It was about a 20-minute walk to the Christmas Market, but you can use the tram, which is very convenient. The communication with the host was excellent also.

All was good!

We had a very nice 4 day stay at Vienna Sunnyside Up apartment. Like others have said, we found the apartment very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The apartment was very quiet and we heard absolutely no noise from others in the building or from the street. The elevator was very nice, too. The shower was great and we definitely enjoyed having the washer! There was a large drying rack that we used and even put it out on the balcony since the weather was hot and dry. It was nice to have the balcony. We used public transportation each day with no problems. We downloaded the Wein Mobil app which really helps give information on what train/tram or bus to use and we appreciated a stop just a short way up the block. We also used the grocery store on the same block but could have used two others which were very near. It was fun to walk through the close by Brunnenmarkt, which goes for blocks, and see all the fresh fruit and vegetables, meats and cheeses, etc. One tip for others from the US who may not have used an electric lock just like the one on the gate and apartment building. Touch the screen at the door and a small key icon will show at the TOP right side of the screen. Touch that icon and a keyboard will appear to type in the code given. After typing the code, touch the small icon at the BOTTOM of the screen and you will hear the lock open. It is very easy but took us a moment to figure it out.

Noisy location, mainly during weekends, as there are many clubs around. The area doesn't represent Vienna at all.

Very nice and new apartment, very clean! There is a little playground downstairs. Two supermarkets right next door. Pleasant walk to the city centre or a short tram ride. Very good parking with easy access, easy check in and check out. We were very happy with our stay!
