The ground-floor bathroom had a weirdly-functioning shower, as in it pours from both the shower-head and the top shower, and can’t be controlled or selected properly. There was a coffee machine in the kitchen, however no coffee there. Not necessarily an issue for us normally, but Vienna was in partial lockdown with cafes only offering takeaway in the morning.

The apartment building is situated a few minutes away from the metro, which is great if you are looking for experiencing the whole city by public transport. The apartment itself (no. 9) is very spacious, has plenty of bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. It was more than enough for us (party of 3). The receptionist was very respectful and responded to my phone-calls and messages almost instantly all the time. He was very quick and eager to help us! As to the actual rooms, you will benefit from great views, specifically 4: from the two bedrooms and from the two terraces/balconies available. We will be returning. The overall experience was better than expected. The apartment is quite outstanding!

Photos on website don’t match real installations, which is a shame because the apartment was actually very nice! All the appliances were there, so a little of product to use them would have been helpful, for example, dish soap, a washing machine capsule for one load, some more toilet paper rolls, and maybe even 100g of coffee for the coffee machine. We bought packages of those things ourselves but of course had to leave them behind since we couldn’t take them in the plane

Very nice apartment close to city Center. All facilities for several days to stay, which helped save money in food. Perfect for groups of several couples!

In my bedroom there was neither bedside table nor bedside lamp, so I had to put my things on the ground, switch off the ceiling light and then go to bed in the dark. It is not that serious but a bit uncomfortable. In the shower, both water distributors (high and low) pour water together. We did not succeed selecting one or the other,

It was extremely disappointing for 5 people to be left out in the cold with a lot of luggage to wait even when we exclusively asked about it upon making the reservation and the explanation for it was that "it was sunday and they are working from 12" even though we were told that the "manager" failed to show up until around 14h. Not to mention that we contacted him at least 3 times via phone and once via booking.com and then he called us later in the day and asked about our approximate arrival time and luggage drop off (as arranged) because he didn't even realize that we already came and contacted him a few times. We were so cold and upset that we almost canceled the whole reservation. Horrible first impression, but that wasn't it. We also arranged luggage storage after the check-out, for about 2 hours, but when we came down to (finally) meet the "manager" and check-out, we were told that we can't keep the luggage there for that long as he has to go and there will be no one to let us in to get our bags. Luckily, the lovely ladies helped us with all of this, and they honestly were the highlight of this whole stay! We would rate the staff (manager) the lowest score, but it would be unfair to the cleaning ladies. As for the apartment itself, lacks a lot of kitchen and bathroom utensils since it is supposed to be a 5 people apartment, but there are only 3 spoons, 4 cups, 4 knives, 1 toilet... also, the pillows are very uncomfortable, but that was manageable.

First of all, we would like to thank the cleaning ladies that welcomed and accommodated us when we were left in front of the apartment to wait for an hour and a half when we arranged the luggage storage at a certain time with the "manager". The ladies were amazing, extremely helpful, did the whole check-in process with us and made our stay very pleasant. The apartment is extremely spacious and there is more than enough space for 5 people, very nice little balcony and it was very clean. It is definitely not as presented in photos as they are heavily photoshopped, but it is a very nice place to stay. It's not that far from the center, but also not as close as it is stated on the site (40 minutes walking distance or around 15 minutes with a metro/tram). All in all, a good place to stay if you avoid the "manager".

Great location, large clean and modern appartment with a balcony with a table and chairs, with an easy to find key. Everything was functional and the large tv had netflix and youtube available so it was great even for the very few hours we spent in the appartment. I recommend it!

There is nothing concerning the accomodation itself, only the street outside (that looks pretty quiet with only the few cars passing by!) turned to be noisy in the night. So you can either sleep with the windows closed and in the stuffy atmosphere, or open the windows and wake up from drunken screams, arguments, music from the car, a car stirring cement at 6 in the morning (is this generally legal?) etc. However, I repeat once again, this is not at all related to housing and perhaps it was just our bad luck.

Hello, we were travelling group of friends, so for us it was the perfect accomodation. The city area is nice and quiet, the underground station is in 10 mins and tram stop in 2 mins from the flat. Host left us coffee, that was really nice =) We found the key in the locked post box, so there was almost no communication, as well I got all the information in time, absolutely no inconvenience. Bed linen and towels were clean, dishes were intended for 4 people (there were five of us), but there were additional glasses, plates in a different size, so I can't say that we had any inconvenience. We had to think a bit about turning on the oven in the stove, but in the end we managed it (you have to press the right button with an arrow on the touch panel for a long time, the icon was almost erased from use, so we did not find it right away for half an hour). Anyway it was nice experience and we are going to use the same accomodation on the next time in Wien!

If you are reaching after a long flight, don’t expect even a single thing to freshen up. You ask something and they would say it is an apartment not a hotel. But price wise, it was nowhere less than a hotel.

The pictures of the apartment are fake,iit looks nothing like what is shown.it would fall under the trades description act.was difficult opening the key box dye to the poor light and it being dark.on arrival,the view not whst was shown in the photos.my bedroom overlooked a Mercedes show room.no toilet paper had to wait until next day to go and buy some.floors were not swept properly,walls needed painting.large dark hair stuck to the wall in the toilet.overall not very cleaning took pictures how it looked for comparison to the pics used to advertise it

Very poor communication from the owner/manager. Despite promises and our requests, we heard nothing about access until hours before our arrival. We found no towels at all, and seemingly unwashed bedding. Towels arrived after we asked. After that, communication & help was nil. The owner made no attempt to make us welcome and help our stay.

Not clean. Internet stops few times. Door on the roof not working. We don't have towels. We wait dor the towels more then 24h. Water on the shower cabin go out.

Everything was same as in the Info given...very close to public station...it was very warm inside...limitless hot Water....easy to check in and out....i was really happy to stay there. O think it was the best flat i have ever stayed around europe according to p/p. Never hesitate to stay there...

There is NOT hot water enough because you cannot take a proper shower. The hot-water heater which is NOT WORKING properly. The heater is leaking water and it was working noisily. The electric heater is either very hot or cold. Because you cannot change the temperature of the heater. The blinds were NOT WORKING. The curtains do NOT EXIST! Anyone can see you if they are in the garden. The studio is like an outbuilding/cave in backyard of the apartment building. This is not shown in the photos... The towels were not complete for 3 persons. There was only 1 toilet paper roll for 7 nights. There was only 1 garbage bag for 7 days. The cutlery was dirty. The owner/responsible person do NOT respond the e-mails.

I hated everything about this apartment.

Nothing to complain about

The apartment was clean and spacious, equipped with all the needed amenities. The balcony is a nice bonus but could not be used by us due to weather conditions (next timemaybe). Self check-in is very simple and well organized.
