Could we please have a small fridge in the rooms?

The location is about out of the centre. And the check-in is about 190 metre's away.

Our room was quite large but there was only a choice of fruit/herbal tea - 2 packets, no black tea. The breakfast is extortionate at 22 euros as it's organic so we ate a pastry about 10 mins walk to the left from the hotel.

While it was mentioned in the email that followed after booking, it was a little confusing about checking in at one location and staying at another.

First, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I loved the eco focus, and the room was very clean and comfortable. We used the electric kettle for our tea.

It can be a little confusing to get to the place from the reception that's a couple street blocks away, but staff are very helpful to get you there.

I got a comfortable night sleep! Being on tight schedule, I didn't get chance to do anything here.

Front office is 150m away from family room. If we need to keep luggage required to bring front office.

Family room was neat and tidy. Bus stop is Infront of family room. Pizzaria is very near to room. Reception staff was very helpful.

The room didn't have a mirror over the desk, so for ladies getting ready, that is a necessity. Although the room details state that there are toiletries, there wasn't Shampoo or Hair Conditioner. Also, no coffee in room as complimentary drink offering.

Excellent location, between Airport and City. Very easy to reach both. Room was lovely, and clean. The size was very comfortable.

Breakfast was super expensive so we skipped it, we did not like we had to pay extra for some taxes and parking and we would prefer more temperature in the room. Heating was set at the maximum (5) but it was not hot, just a bit warm.

Walking distance of 20 mins from old town, convenient and comfortable for one night we stayed for the weekend in Salzburg. Friendly staff.

We stayed for two nights in this lovely hotel which is a 10 minute bus ride away from the Old Town of Salzburg and another 5 minutes to the central railway station. We were welcomed by Rohullah who was very friendly and answered all our queries. He has excellent customer service skills. Our room was spotlessly clean and was serviced the second morning of our stay. We highly recommend this delightful hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg.

Our room was super clean and so nice. We felt really comfortable there. The bathroom was also very clean and it has a heating floor. The villa is located close to a few bus stations. We could easily ride with the bus to the old town and city center.

Would have appreciated a small fridge in the room but even that's not necessary!

The location was fantastic with an easy bus ride into town, parking was easy, the staff where very helpful with directions and information about attractions also providing a service to purchase bus tickets and salzburg cards from the hotel. Collecting the key from the other location was also easy as it is a 2 minute walk down from Villa Ceconi or easy enough to drive down to it before parking into the Villa.

It was cold and snowing and heating was turned of. I had to call to the reception and they gave me external heater and turned on the central heating. How someone can turn of the heating at the end of November?

Everything was perfect!! The room (bed, wardrobe and bathroom) was perfect!! All were at an excellent condition, with nice colours!! Helpful staff & affordable price!! Delicious breakfast (that was served in Das Grüne hotel, 100-200m away). Available open garage in front of Villa Ceconi... We liked it and we will choose it again if we return to Salzburg!! Perfect memories...

Even if the hotel clearly exceeded our expectations on some fronts, there is still room for improvement. Unfortunately the worst aspect about our stay was how hot the room got because of the August weather. There where two fans in our room, but it was not enough to improve the situation. During the night, the temperature was almost unbearable. The villa clearly needs an air conditioning system (or any other better alterative if the old and historical nature of the building doesn't allow it). Moreover the rooms were smaller than we expected and they did not match the images on booking that well. I truly hope the owners will bring the villa to its full potential when they are able to do so!

The hotel is located within a 15-20 minute walk to the city center. The hosts were very polite and helpful, they offered us information about the city and how to better understand the area. At the villa you can find maps and informational material about several sights and even events happening in the city. Free parking is available at Villa Ceconi and at their other location Green Hotel zur Post. Note that the second one is where the reception is located, as well as the place where the breakfast is served. Green Hotel zur Post is just a 2 minute walk away from the villa. The best aspect about our experience here was the breakfast, which was very diverse, delicious and clearly high quality. In terms of sustainability the location clearly achieves something worthy of praise, and the owners want to offer the best services they can on this front, Overall, a good option for accommodation, especially if you are visiting Salzburg outside of the summer season.

Big and comfy room, big bed, nice bathroom, could park my bicycle in the garage, friendly and helpful staff, despite the old building/windows and my room being right next to the entrance it was rather quiet
