Friendly and helpful front desk, safe parking onsite, clean, updated room, comfortable beds, nice tall showers, elevators to upper floors. Not a huge room but nicely laid out and completely adequate. Coffe and tea in the room. The best part was the breakfast. It was so nice with standard items but also breakfast casseroles, fruit, pastries. The gentleman who works there kept the dining area and buffet spotless. Such a nice way to start the day :)

Toilet made a weird sound when you sat down on it, as if the lid was somehow loose; Shower door was leaky, so when taking a shower you automatically partially flooded the bathroom; "Breakfast Usher": There was a person that explained breakfast to you, assigned you a seat (you couldn't choose where you wanted to sit), and they prepared coffee and tea for you, displaying an attitude as if you were mentally unable to figure out the coffee machine on your own; Loud noise early in the morning form maintenance clearing out dustbins outside the building;

Room was very clean and quiet, bedroom and bathroom were both spacious and comfortably furnished, radiator in the bathroom could be turned on and off manually and temperature could be regulated individually; Comfortable cushions and mattress; Owner is very talkative, helpful, and friendly; Hotel is close to main station, so that you can easily walk from train to hotel; bus stop nearby for line 6; river Salzach is just a short walk down the street; Though located on a quite busy street, rooms were quiet and no street noise could be heard at any time of the day; Relatively low priced at 50 Euro per person per night; Would definitely stay there again;

Since my room was on the first floor, sometimes I could smell cigarettes if there's someone smoking outside.

The breakfast was great and there was a good variety. The rooms were modern and very clean. Location was near to Salzburg hbf and there is a tram stop just outside.

The door on our bathroom was sliding on its own, needs to have a lock at least. Also, there was some miscommunication but overall good experience!

The location is superb, near the central station and has a bus stop just in front for easier access to transpo. Good service from the staff.

The hotel is conveniently located to the train station and a moderate walk to the historic area. The breakfast was very good and everyone quite friendly.

The hotel is by a busy road which was quite noisy for most of the night. Earplugs solved that problem. It is located quite close to the station which is good but apart from that it was a bus ride or 20/25 minute walk to the main areas of interest. Also there are not many nice restaurants nearby. I would have liked tea options in the bedroom rather than just coffee.

The breakfast was very good- lots of choces of bread. A warm cooked egg option, cereal and fruit. They also provided gluten free bread for me.( I had notified them before my stay). The breakfast chef was very friendly and accommodating. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. The showers were great and the beds comfortable. The owner was also friendly and so helpful to us when my husband was ill. We are very grateful to him for that.

The elevator is half way to each floor, no matter which floor your room at, you have to drag your big luggages about 10 stairs to your floor. Very limited choices in breakfast. It is not the cheapest hotel though in our trip this though.

As was the case with all three hotels on this trip, the rooms were a bit too warm. The hotel is entered on the side down a gravel driveway which is hard for roller suitcases. Also, reception closes during the afternoon and it took a few minutes for us to get inside.

Comfortable, good breakfast, close to train station. Good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a pleasant 25 minute walk into the Altstadt but you can walk along the river. Also the #1 bus stop is across the street and that goes into town. Breakfast had standard meats and cheese and fruit, yogurt and pastry but also soufflés instead of scrambled eggs.
